I would suggest going to an actual AT&T store, not a dealer. Especially this one. The in-store experience was mediocre, but what came after has been three plus months of absolute aggravation. We transferred to AT&T from T-Mobile 3 months ago. The in-store associate unbeknownst to us, signed us up for business plans, added insurance and protection plans to our account, set up new devices, and set up multiple accounts, not two. We transferred our devices from T-Mobile, so we did not have new phones to ensure or protect. These were personal lines, not business. It has taken us 3 months to correct our account and our billing. Our bill if we left it how they were set up by this location was$400 a month. AT&T finally fixed it after telling us to go to this location to fix it, and we were refused and directed to call AT&T. AT&T customer service even told us that dealers pretty much do whatever they want with minimal oversight and check up.

Went in a a couple days ago just buy a phone charger and left finally knowing how to work my phone. The manager was so sweet and willing to help with anything. I am not the most tech savvy and by the end I was learning how to use do not disturb and ways to save my battery. He also gave me some amazing quotes for their services and some amazing deals.

I came by to get a phone case and was assisted by the manager Zeik who was more than helpful. He was able to get me a new phone case and a screen protector to go with my good rates. I definitely recommend this location.

Took 2 working phones in left with 2 non working phones. No responsibility for mistakes. 6 hours on the phone and buying a new phone they were working. Do not recommend this store. At all

Stopped in here while I was on vacation and my phone started having issues. Amethyst Parson was extremely helpful and professional. I usually hate going to phone stores but she made it a very pleasant experience. When she didn't have the phone I wanted she told me if I got it somewhere else and had any issues to come back and see her. I ended up buying at Walmart but they were unable/ unwilling to switch everything thing over. I went back to see her and she took care of everything. When I need another phone I will drive back down from Springdale to purchase here because of the exceptional service. If you are anywhere near Alma, AR. and need a phone I definitely recommend going here.
