I called them because of the reviews found on yelp and they might be good but when I called they said they were too busy to give me an appointment. They told me I was on a waiting list and they would call me when they could schedule me. I said no problem, I have other cars for now. After 10 days I called again and they VERY reluctantly told me I could have an appointment in another 10 days. I don't really want to leave a negative review because this high demand probably means they are good mechanics in high demand. However, I don't have 3 weeks to wait. If I had fully understood this at the beginning i wouldn't have waited to go elsewhere. I just want to let other yelp followers know this part before they call with a critical need. Don't be in a hurry.

Thank you to the lady who answered the phone! And thank you to Jesse for picking me up from the 40E! I was passing through town and got a flat tire. Being from California, whenever anyone has a flat on the freeway, there's automatic service that shows up immediately. As I was new to town, I wasn't sure what to do so I yelped the nearest town service. The woman on the phone talked me through the process and had Jesse come to pick me up, drop me off at the tire shop and I was on my way eastbound in a few hours!I'm grateful for their help and for their hospitality. Thank you both :)
