Excellent Guys to deal with. They held my new doublewide for 4 1/2 months because of a hold up I had with my land deed being in the clear. They gave me the best deal out of everyone down that line was very helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend buying from Mr Keith and his brother Larry.

This is the best place in the state of Arkansas to buy a manufactured home. The owner has over 47yrs in business. I like the low to mid level prices with good quality. They stand with the buyer throughout the entire process until completion. I noticed they even trade for cars campers and boats on occasion. GOOD FOLKS!
