Took my truck there this morning for a balance and rotation. Tim was absolutely wonderful. Gave me all the info i needed to get me rolling. The price for the service is budget friendly! I will definitely send them business. Can not beat the friendly atmosphere and the quick service.

Hey fellow USAA customers, veterans and active duty, this is the shop you want to get to if you break down! Absolutely caring, professional, helpful, fast and fair service. Our son's truck broke down on his way back to post and was towed to them, Thank God! He was able to safely sit in the truck until a ride got him. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it before expected. Such good people work there. Every single one of them! Thank you!!!

Zero stars. Had vehicle towed in for damaged transfer case. Tech replaced clutch and transfer case. Truck was repaired in a timely manner. Shop provided an in house 12 month 12,000 warranty. Transfer case failed within the warranty period. The failed transfer case/or clutch ruined the gears in my transmission. Had vehicle towed in for warranty repair but owner refuses to replace transmission.Owner has made no repairs to my truck and won't honor the warranty on the transfer case or take full responsibility for my transmission.

Our Army son broke down on the way back to post, they went above and beyond to assist him. The office secretary was caring, friendly, professional and helpful! The manager was outstanding and caring! We highly recommend it, they fixed his truck. We are Thankful and feel Blessed that they were there for our son!

They only had the truck for a week and they figured out what was wrong and fix the problem really quick they kept me in contact on what was going on and it was very affordable I would suggest . Great place to take it

Okay they have my truck they seem like a knowledgeable bunch of guys a couple not sure how to rate them 100% because they're still working on my truck but they seem like they're going to figure out what's wrong with it and give me give me up and going again after I get my truck back I will let you know a better view than what I can right now so but for my experience is so far I like their shop the texts that I've talked to you that's working on my truck they seem like they know what they're doing but coming from a person that it's very hard for me to allow somebody to work on my stuff and just step away and give it to somebody else to do when I've done it my whole life but I can't figure out what's wrong with my truck so I'm hoping they can
