Alrite has gone above and beyond to help us with our septic system. They are so friendly when you call and truly care. The owner is a wealth of knowledge and spent time with us trying to help us identify our problem. They have been prompt to come out when we've had issues and are reasonably priced. Their staff is professional, competent and friendly. We definitely recommend them!

Would recommend them to anyone. Does a great job cleaning and also explaining to those of us that don't understand septic systems. Also they have a great recommendation for a plumber as well thank you all for the service.

They answered all my questions while they worked and help me understand so much. They cleaned up after and made the whole experience wonderful. No stress with these guys. I had no idea where the tank was and they found it quickly and knew why they were doing.

Definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a tank pumped. The service technicians were polite and informative and made sure that the system was working properly before closing the lid. Also very quick to get us on the schedule which saved us more headaches and can't thank them enough for doing such a good job.

It’s not always easy to pick through any home service. My personal experience has been more negative than positive. Alrite navigated their newer model pump tank down 5 miles of rough dirt road to service a tank that hasn’t been touched in a dozen years. They did the job quickly and efficiently, stuck to the estimate I was given over the phone and educated me on how to make things easier and keep my system operating properly. Great experience and good to know where to go.

These guys are fantastic, from setting the appointment to the service it couldn’t have been better. They came out same day and not only did their job but also took the time to educate us on how to take care of our system better. Would recommend them to anyone!
