I worked with Kenneth Huskey when I purchased a home in Yuma, and very quickly turned around and sold it after we had a death in the family. He was very compassionate and understanding towards our situation. I was an out of state seller and he made the process very easy and fast for us. He helped us every step of the way. We are California investors who have been to the area but needed more feedback on exactly what areas command the rent prices we wanted. Because he is directly involved in rental management team he was very helpful pulling rental comps that also corresponded with property values in the area. He's easy to communicate with and is willing to work us in to his schedule to see homes at the last minute. In the competing market he is also good at helping us determine how to tailor the offers to best fit the seller in order to stand out among several other offers. It's nice to shop with a realtor who knows the concerns of a landlord and helps us identify pros and cons while crunching numbers.
