Very easy to reserve and occupy our storage. Facility is very clean and spacious. We have a 14 x 50 and there is plenty of room to get our class c in there with plenty of room left for our household storage needs. Staff is very attentive and friendly.Allan Richie

When renting the storage unit on June 8, on a month-by-month basis, I would rate my initial experience as a 5, but my final review would be a big "ZERO."Thinking that we would need the unit for the month of July, I paid July's rent early--on June 23. Plans changed & we ended up cancelling the contract on June 28, but the owner refused to refund the $350 I had paid for July, citing that according to the contract no money would be refunded for unused days. I understand not being reimbursed for the couple of unused days in June. But to refuse to reimburse me for the month of July when the contract ended on June 28, is a definite stretch. In addition, when I asked to speak to the owner to discuss the situation, I was told she refused.

Great size great prize storage, Employees are very nice, made the storing experience for my kids fun which is not easy to do. Has lights in unit and very high ceiling.
