Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and they told me that my car need new tires so I change them. They sold me four Michelin tire. I kept going to this Honda dealer shop to get done the maintenance service for my car. 40,000 miles after one of the Michelin tire is mest up because they never rotate it. So I went to the dealer and ask for explanations and they simply ignored me. Be careful when you go in to this place

I took my Civic for the auto butler service. When I picked up the car, I noticed they also checked an opened recall on the car I was not aware of, it passed. Great service!

The Honda team was excellent! Spoke to the Technician Andy and Daniel/Service Advisor regarding all that was accomplished with my 2011 Honda Pilot. They were patient with my questions and thorough in explaining things to me. I really enjoy this vehicle, and I am happy to have Andy and Daniel in my corner, when needing scheduled maintenance.Thank you again to Andy and Daniel!!!

I had the most displeasure of going to this dealership. Allan Gudina the man that helped me and my family straight out, said that you would rather let your beat down truck leave you on the side of freeway then leave with the car today all because I didn’t want to pay 600 a month. You watch the commercials of the helpful Honda dealers being so pleasant, and we had this experience with them. I highly do not recommend them. On top of all of that he continued to harass us with phone calls after we left, berating me and my car, so I went to Ford. Zero down an $350 a month. THANK YOU FORD

My service advisor was Daniel Lopez. He greeted me as if I was a long time customer, yet it was my first time to Yuma Honda. Even after learning that I had purchased my 2023 Honda Pilot in Scottsdale, he still made me feel like I was part of the Yuma Honda for life team. I advised him that it was the first oil change for the vehicle, which was almost as at 8,000 miles, and Mr. Lopez said in the future it's best to trust the computer in the new Hondas, which will show a service check icon that looks like a wrench, indicating the engine oil is down to 15% oil life. He still saw that this first lubrication service was performed under warranty and gave me good advice for the future. I told him I did not have an appointment and wanted to get to work by about 10AM and it was approximately 7:30 at that time. I then asked Mr. Lopez if he could squeeze the car in. There were many Hondas already lined up outside the bays, but he said it would be completed in 2 hours. Sure enough, as 9:30 came, he was returning my keys to me and had me on my way.I will definitely be trusting Yuma Honda for my Honda's service needs in the future.

Posted a low, but believable price on a nice truck, reached out and chatted with an associate, sent pictures over talked a bit. Finally got back to me to send me OTD pricing info and was informed the price, that was up for a week, we an accident and is now $7k higher, but of course they will sell it to me for ONLY $5k above original price. Disappointing to say the least, my salesman was decent enough but still slow to get back, which is fine in the scheme of things.

I had my AC repaired here and I very happy with the exceptional quality of my visit. I made my appointment the day before, came in and told them the problem and asked if it was covered under Honda’s extended warranties. The gentleman helping me said it was covered and then they got right down to fixing the problem. Service was faster then expected and I had no problem waiting in the lobby, my AC got fixed and it works great. Thanks Daniel Lopez and the rest of their team for the great service.

My CRV was taken in for work on my a/c. Daniel was great! He made sure we got the quality work done and didn’t take advantage of our wallet. He made us feel like he truly cared. We had just had work done on our truck at another dealership with a less than satisfactory experience. It was refreshing to be treated much better at Honda! We have yet to have anything but a positive experience at Yuma Honda!

I was Extremely Happy with Daniel. He took care of All my needs for the 2 Days. From the Recall I did on Monday to Tuesday with the Butler Plan. The Service was Above & Beyond. I definitely picked the BEST DEALERSHIP!! Thank you.

Daniel was very helpful! I stopped by late afternoon, because my A/C stopped working and I had to drive a 21/2 hrs to get home. Daniel went out of his way to look at my my A/C unit and was able to get it working for me! He saved me and my Granddaughter from driving in the scorching heat for 2 1/2 hrs! We appreciate you! Thank you so much!!! :)
