Had a very negative experience trying to open an account with Yovana Valenzuela. My sister and I run a business together and she took the lead, as I'm not a big talker. We were treated like we were being shady. Yovana left us at her desk while she went off somewhere out of sight for an extended period. Her attitude was awful and we realized nothing was going to convince her I was not being coerced to open this account by my sister, so we left. We went to the 16th St. branch to open the account and were treated with respect. Then Adult Protective Services showed up at our door, which we all had a good laugh over. Wow, just wow.

Nora was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The best experience. The bank was clean and the staff were friendly. Two ATMs, so no waiting, if you just want cash. Parking is ok.

I refused & she refuses to tell me why she is calling me. I give her my Social security # but is still not enough for her. This is a decoy plot to not process my complaint.

Awful public help. I am from Canada, yes Canada. I didn't get any help what so ever.Plus I needed help with my account, yes my Account. But they couldn't even help me with that. Get with it !!!. So I can access my account!!

So, Christopher Delagallo, WF so called Manager knows how to Lie. Hmmm You act unintelligent. People have banking needs because that's how Society runs. But, why do Managers Lie and put a 10 Day hold on your Money and say it's Wells Fargo, crock of s**** Wells Fargo likes to make a fool of people and nickel and dime you on Fees. I talked to 4 people on the phone then went to go to the bank and deal with so called Manager Discrimination against Native Americans
