There are no bankers available just tellers at either location, 16th St and Catalina.The manager of the bank would not help with a simple verification document. It is inconvenient to drive out to the foothills location.

Merchant section is painfully slow, especially on mondays. Completely understaffed. Poor ventilation and stinks in there. Despite the other observations, the staff is always pleasant and courteous.

I tried making 4 deposits in the drive- through a few weeks ago,, but they say they only can accept 3. And the teller asked me to make 3 deposits and then come back again to make the 4th deposit. It was ridiculous cause there was no people waiting no cars in the other lanes. I went inside the branch and spoke with the manager. And she said they can only do 3 deposits for them not to take long with the customers. And I told her that I do understand that but if there is no other customers waiting, can they accept 4 deposits, she said YES. Today I went again and their was no customers waiting I was the only car in the drive-through and I had 4 deposits and they didn't want to take them, that I had to choose which 3 I wanted to make. For me all 4 deposits were important and for personal issues I couldn't go inside the branch. So I asked for my deposits back if he wasn't going to help me and he did. So I had to drive to the Catalina branch drive-through and they didn't question anything and just made my 4 deposits for me.

Called to change my last name after getting married and they told me I needed to come in to an office for this. They didn't have an appointment for a few weeks out and in a location further away from my house but it was the earliest so I took it. Once I was at their office and waiting for over 30 minutes to get a response, they told me I needed my marriage certificate to proceed with my request. I took time off work to come to the appointment and drove 30 minutes for nothing. They should of informed me of the documents they were going to need prior when I called initially. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

When a branch manager (of some level) tells an older client, who has banking with them since 2001, "Whatever floats your boat." you know WFB has sunk to a new level in employee quality and training. They didn't lose but one couple because of this...they'll lose 3 people for a combined total of about 9 accounts. My advise? Stay away from WFB. I've been with a state credit union for 30 years and doubt I'll ever use a typical bank again. OneAZ tramples this bank in Yuma on16th.

Got here at 12:45 to make changes to my accounts. They only do that by appointment now and have no appointments the rest of the day. I’ve been with Wells Fargo since the late 90s. Time to look for a new bank
