AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU TRAVEL! I'm a retiree and full-time RV'er from New York. We've traveled all over the U.S. and NEVER had a problem getting monthly prescriptions filled ANYWHERE but here! The pharmacist refused to fill them "because the prescribing doctor is more than 50 miles away." WHAT?! This caused me and my doctor a lot of inconvenience which is not necessary with 21st century technology!! Get with it! Seniors go to warm places in the winter.*****Side note: On my way out of the store, a man walking behind me had overheard the whole ordeal and said, "I've had the same problem with her. I finally bought a house here, so it's not a problem anymore.******

Extremely poor service. Called them about transferring a prescription. They said it was ready to pick up and we ran by. That had only filled half the prescription. When we asked that is all the prescription was for. We knew that was not right and we made calls to confirm the prescription had the proper amount (this was confirmed) and that the other half could be filled right now. We gave this Walgreens the information and all they did was argue with us - they would not get paid if they gave other half, about how they were "just trying to understand" how it worked, etc. It was at least 20 minutes of us saying look, the transfer had an error can you just make a call. They finally agreed. Another 20 minute wait and we were told that the person they talked to was looking at records from years ago and could it see anything. Save yourself a big hassle. While there can be problems in transfers, they should have offered to double check things instead is arguing for 20 minutes and taking another 20 minutes to make a short phone and not even checking with us to get a current account number looking at account several years old.

I get most of my prescriptions at Walgreens on Eighth Street,Yuma,AZ. We have always found them to do well. We have found Rebby and Tommy to be excellent Pharmacists. The techs are excellent as well!

Mexican music blasting in pharmacy not feeling well so sat as waiting for prescription could not music over my head & very loud wonders if was in mexico or USA!!

Pharmacy manager & staff have been wonderful in helping me with my out-of-state prescription process. I was very impressed by their follow-up calls and more than once.
