I have been enduring this pharmacy for over 3 years, sense I moved out to this end of town. The pharmacist is very rude and treats you like your business does not matter. I am having all my prescriptions moved to another pharmacy. I can not endure this anymore. When I told them I was leaving they said quote: "do what ya gotta do". The rest of the store is nice. Beware of the pharmacy, I have heard this has happened to many other customers. Hopefully Walgreens gets smart and gets rid of the pharmacist.Update, they did get a new pharmacist. Much better service.

Walgreens pharmacy in the foothills is the absolute worst. How do you have 3 people working and only one person at the register? You guys need a better method on get your shit together to get people in and out the door. Why is it taking me 40 min to get medication? Why do you have an immunization clinic and only one employee do meds and the clinic. You guys are trash! The worst

I had to ship a title fedex and Walgreens was the closest option. The employee told me they do not sell envelopes. I was able to quickly find an entire section where they sold envelopes. I returned ready to ship but did not have tape and the employee said due to new policy they do not let customers use tape. Overall unpleasant experience.

I paid over a $130 for a new medication that apparently needed to be refrigerated immediately. Not once did anyone mention that this medication needs to be refrigerated upon handing it to me. Went home, left it on the counter—only realized when I went to take it that it can’t be stored at room temperature.Seems like an important part of a pharmacists job was missed here. Now not only do I not have the medication I need—I’m out 130$. I called them, was on hold for over fifteen minutes and then was told by the pharmacist that it was my fault for not asking to speak with a pharmacist. So disappointed.

I'm planning my Moms 100th birthday party, no pressure there...?. And in making my online invitations I discovered that, after it was printed, it didn't look right. In a panic, I went into the Foothills store, and I was fortunate enough to receive assistance from "KAT". Crisis averted, Kat assisted me in straightening everything out. Good job Walgreens for having an associate like KAT representing your store!!!!

This is the third chance I have given this Walgreens. Never again. I had a prescription called in there and when I called to check on it they said it would be ready after 11 am the next day. The next day I pulled into the drive through window and waited while an idle employee was squeezing snot out of his nose and rolling it between his fingers. I waited five minutes without being looked at and never acknowledged even to tell me there would be a wait. I went inside and waited another five minutes only to be waited on by snot fingers. He then told me it would not be ready until Tuesday. If I could give a negative rating I would. Their information nor hygiene can be counted on. If you do use this pharmacy, I hope you have a better experience. I will not be giving them more chances.

Worse Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Wont answer the phone and long lines when you go in. People usually dont know what is going on with your prescription. My prescription is being reviewed for over 5 days. Will have to go back to Wallmart.

Doctor sent my prescription over at 4am. Pharmacy opened a few hours later but didn't fill my prescription until 4pm....I was already at work and had to wait until the next day to start my medication. Next day comes around... I sat in a 4 car line in the drive thru...took over an hour...what are these people doing in there? Crafting pills by hand? Mixing cough syrup from scratch? Jesus Christ...it doesn't take 20 minutes per car to grab a bag from a bin and take a payment. 0 sense of urgency.

I have an infection. Dr prescribed 2 antibiotics. After nearly 4 1/2 hrs, it was still not ready 10 minutes to closing. Need to wait til next day to start meds. Good thing this isn't life threatening. Walgreens has no sense of urgency or even caring. Won't go there again

Getting a prescription filled through them requires a minimum of three phone calls with 25 minute waits. I’ve waited a week for a prescription just to find out they never started filling it. I was running out and panicking calling every pharmacy in town.

My doctor sent my daughter's medication to the wrong Walgreens across the country. We tried to pick up, but were told our insurance wouldn't cover it because it was too early. I panicked called my insurance company and they said everything was in order, we should be able to pick it up. I go inside and talk to Mayra behind the counter. I am visibly upset and explain that my daughter could have serious side effects if she abruptly stops her medication. This woman was so patient with me. Got on the computer for five minutes figured out it was sent to a Walgreens on the east coast that had filled it. CALLED that Walgreens, had them send the order back to them. Told me she had it, that I could breathe now. Thank you Mayra for not brushing me off and helping me get my daughter's medication!!

The pharmacist at this particular Walgreens is THE absolute worst. He is the rudest human I have ever experienced. I am new to a medication and just had some questions as to when this medication would be back in stock so I can advise my doctor to send the prescription in. The pharmacist proceeds to tell me quote " you are wasting my time" along with a number of rude things to follow. I instead of speaking to him on the phone went into to pharmacy to get my questions answered. When I was speaking to one of the girls working at the pharmacy (answered my simple questions very well), the pharmacist drops what he is doing to come to the window and intrude on our conversation. I told him I'm sorry you told me I was wasting your time and I'd rather work with the gal I was already speaking to. The pharmacist THEN proceeds to tell me I'm racist and that's why I didn't want to deal with him and the entire situation unnecessarily got escalated. I left and told my doctor to simply send the prescription somewhere else. About 2 months later a refill accidentally got sent here again and got filled so I figure ok no problem I just won't interact with that man while I pick up my prescription. As I am paying for the prescription he comes up to the girl helping me and says to not give it to me. The girl apologizes and basically told me I will have to call my doctor to RESEND the prescription somewhere else after it already had been filled! MIND YOU this is medication I have to take daily for depression and anxiety. The board of pharmacists and sheriffs department will be my next call. I know this won't be everyone's experience but let me add the employees of the store highly encouraged me to complain to anyone I could about this man. It's unfortunate that humans like that are what ruins the good in society.
