I went there with a phone problem but the girl from the back was too concerned because a policeman was walking near her car to be bothered with helping me. I normally love verizon but not this time After several minutes of her not talking to me and she was focused on the cops by her car I took my phone out of her hand as she was watching the police instead of talking to me. She said something nasty as I left the store but I just kept going. Went to another store and wound up purchasing a phone. Go the the Verizon on Fortuna if you want service.

Went to see about upgrading my phone and apparently the girl who was in the back couldn't be bothered to come out and talked to her coustmers until her boss happened to come back from lunch and called her to the front. She then proceeded to have an aditude I'd rather not be working. I ignored her lack of intrest of being at work and wanted to see about upgrading my phone. I had to pull every answer out of her because she was only feeding me the bare minimum of information. I should have to explain what a subtotal and tax is to her. I then asked a out repairing my phone and how much that would cost. She asked if I had a protection plan, I said yes. She then goes we don't do repairs here and I don't know how much that cost you would have to submit a claim. I can fo it on my own no problem She offered no help. I was willing to pay the difference out of pocket to the store witch says independently own and they would get whatever I paid. If I were her boss I'd fire her, they lost a sale because she was so frustrating to deal with. I wouldn't have thought twice about the cost if she had been helpful and forthcoming but, instead her lack of intrest in doing her job and challenge to get my questions answered led me to ask was this worth my time and money?
Got to the store on Fourtuna they have always been nice and helpful.

Our experience here was amazing! After 2 weeks of total frustration with a different phone carrier Ricardo was able to advise us on a successful way to go. He was friendly & efficient & will be getting our business for any future phone services.

Received a call that my ordered phone had arrived. Stopped by to get it activated and set up and I have to say that Ricky made this task very easy. He was the only associate working but managed to multitask and not only help me but help everyone that walked in door with amazing service and support.
