I recently upgraded my i12 to the i15 pro max. My previous phone was no longer available to help with the transfer of information. I did not have cell service for several days. Corporate Verizon (on phone service) could not fix my problem. Friday I went into our Verizon in Yuma and a woman named MELISSA took over my problem. She was Brilliant! She worked with the company and with me for 3 days to solve the mess. Finally Melissa got it working. After three other workers and three different phone technicians Melissa solved the problem and I am now happily using this awesome i15 pro max. Thank you Melissa!

I purchased a phone and plan online. When I went to pick it up, I told the salesman I didn't want to be billed for any additional services. He said that I could get more data for free "because you get one free add-on." He didn't show me the amount I would be billed (I should have insisted but they should do so voluntarily). When I later checked the bill online, I saw two services including the data plan that were $10/ea per month that I neither wanted nor authorized. These guys are super sleazy. Wells Fargo got busted for doing the same type of thing--adding on charges that customers didn't request. What a horrible company. Watch these guys like a hawk. They are lying predators. Ask for a printout of what you will be billed for before getting out of that vipers' pit.

I had a network issue the other day, and even though they were a bit busy they let me come in and sit for 3 hours to use their Wi-Fi.They are conveniently located in the middle of the outdoor mall and are well staffed and well-supplied.They seem to be technically trained properly and know their stuff also.

If your phone has insurance it's a waste of time to go in store. They will just give you a number to call to file a claim. Instead of assisting you to contact them.

Parent company of Page Plus provides no assistance, no information for contacting any worthwhile customer support of Page Plus. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. CS from Verizon customers is ZERO.

I have had at least 15 spam and robo calls in the past few weeks. My debit and Master card have been compromised. I need to have Verizon look into this. I have not had a spam call today 9/7/23 Day three no spam or robo calls....Verizon has corrected the problem. So I give 5 ?

Husband had messed his phone up once again. The technician that greated us had him fixed up and back out quickly. Old dog has major dexterity issues and technology is a nightmare. He refuses to listen and just barges forward no matter what.
