Paid for a new mailbox key on August 14th because when you lease a business office they require the mailbox be re-keyed. They say the man who does the keys is out sick and so as of August 30th we still cannot get our mail. They will not send someone else and have no idea when they can get the mail to us. Unacceptable from the United States Postal Service.

This is just a drop-off box in front of a locksmith shop. Sketchy area, gross building, and it took over a week for my package to actually be picked up from this spot and mailed.

I tried to call them but instead got a fax machine noise. Why even have a number to call them if it's the fax machine phone number. Ridiculous. They need to fire everyone there and start from scratch.

Good service. Helpful personnel. You will need to wait to send a package at Christmas, but self-service options are available.
