They never answer the phone! Had to go thru national number for a request for investigation to be placed. Out for delivery on the 13th. 3 days later no response from P.O. or delivery.

This post office is serviced by the rudest employees. Today I had a box get stuck in the self service kiosk deposit drawer. I had two more boxes to mail. There was a line of about 8 people. There were 3 employees behind the counter. I waited until one was not with a customer at her window, and I told her I had a box stuck in the kiosk. She told me I had to wait in line. While I was in line, another employee told me to leave my two boxes on the counter. I told her I didn't want to, because I wanted a receipt. I told her I had a box stuck in the kiosk drawer. She went to check, but didn't tell me anything afterward. While I waited in line, one of the employees at the window came up chewing on food and cleaning her teeth with her tongue. It was so gross and unprofessional. She carried on a conversation with the employee in the next window while cleaning her teeth. Then she called on the next customer. I was called to her window next. I told her about the box stuck in the kiosk drawer. She checked, but said it wasn't there. So I'm thinking did someone take it? Or did another employee pull it out. I told her thank you for checking because the first employee I told didn't check. Then the first employee spoke up and yelled at me, "Ma'am, I was with a customer." That was a lie. I waited until she didn't have anyone at her window. What an incredibly dismal customer service experience. There are always the same rude several employees every day.

No local number available on line. Missing 3 packages that USPS said they delivered to our post office in my park.

This is the slowest and worst post office on this planet. There's always a line out the door while the only 2 turtles working move as slow as molasses. U will waste a whole hour lunch break waiting. I was only here to check if I had a package and sat for 30 mins because they only work off one line. I try my best not to send or receive packages from here, it will only ruin ur whole day.

Who are these people driving in their own personal vehicles dressed up and hide their identity, walking on my landscape putting a big foot print on my sand and rocks, towards and leaving my house for a delivery, I got him on all of my Cameras, I’m on the phone to make a complaint, then I’ll be showing this video to a postal manager

Worst postal service ever. We've been having package delivery issues with them every week. We have cameras up and 3/4 of the time the mailman doesn't even stop here. And today he stopped coming out of the business next door and didn't stop here to deliver our package. We've complained to the post office to no avail and when my wife told the mailman in person that he never showed up on camera he blatantly lied and said he did. This is ridiculous!

Terrible service. Use fedex or ups. No one answers the phone and false information given regarding missing mail when finally answered email. This is why they will eventually end the usps. Hire more idiots why dont you.

I have reported that we have not recieved mail in over a month. They proceeded to call me and accuse me of not having any mail. Informed delivery says otherwise. They themselves have marked packages as delivered. So which is it? Are we receiving mail or not. Today a package was suppose to arrive. It says delivered in the mailbox. But was it? Nope. Nothing in there. Tired of all these lazy thieves. A pizza delivery man can find and deliver to the right place but the postman can't? Too bad we dont have any other options in the small town. Guess no more mail for us. Digital and store pick up it is.
Update.
I have filed multiple complaints about not receiving mail. Today over 3 months of mail was left on our door step. Smooshed and seeming like it was left out in the rain. Mailman needs to be inspected to make sure he is delivering mail in the right place and box. It's unbelievable that I would receive a call from your Lead saying that "Maybe you aren't getting any mail." Unprofessional. Constantly waiting on my bank card and having it sent out twice. Only for the post manager to tell me maybe the problem is my bank or we don't have any mail.

We’ve been traveling for a while now and this is, by far, the worst post office we’ve encountered. If you need assistance by a counter worker, don’t stop by unless you have at least 30 minutes to an hour to wait. This location is sorely understaffed. The ladies who do work there are nice and undoubtedly not paid enough to handle the sheer volume of cranky customers. There are 6 spots for counter help but rarely do I see more than 2 working at any given time.
Additionally, renting a PO Box here is outrageously over priced. More than $100 for 6 months is unheard of in most of the US. And if you get a package delivered that doesn’t fit in the box…you have to wait in the always long line to pick it up.
Lastly, we purchased a 6 month PO Box in the middle of Oct and needed it through the middle of April…for 6 months. We were not told that we would basically lose 4 weeks by purchasing in the middle of Oct as our box will be locked at the end of March unless we renew. When I asked about it at the counter, I was told I would need to speak to a supervisor. Someone else had been waiting for a supervisor for over an hour and I didn’t want to wait any longer. Asked if I could call and speak to a supervisor and the look she gave echoes a lot of the other reviews on here…”they won’t answer the phone.”

I had to mail an expedited passport renewal & had never done so before. I had a few questions as I was unsure of exactly how to do it or what options to choose, and Nikol was very friendly and helpful! I appreciate her and others like her so much, thank you for being the type of person we need at the post office.
