Uptown Pet Spa was a great experience! I'm really happy with her grooming service. She was able to groom my dog Poppy on short notice. She was able to clip her nails, express glands, shampoo and dry and clean her ears in a short time. She smells and looks so good! I'll be coming back here!

They did a great job and every single person there was extremely friendly. I finally found the groomer I've been looking for in Yuma. I've been to a few others and was not thrilled. But I left there being thrilled with the work they did but also in a great mood because they were all so friendly.

Holly at Uptown Pet Spatook charge of Stella Bean today and gave her a perfect cut. Holly always asks my particulars for Stella’s grooming and is always offers to snip extra here or there to make it right, as my groomer language needs help?Being a labradoodle with unmanageable curls can be difficult. S.Bean is afraid of the blow dryer so Holly took her time and eased Stella’s anxiety. Always confident dropping Stella off at her Spa that she will come home happy and doodle-ful!

Garbage business. At some point, a new owner took over, and they completely ruined the business. The last time our dogs stayed, we were informed that a SINGLE EMPLOYEE had been responsible for all of the dogs there for an extended period of time. Absolutely outrageous to expect one person to be able to provide care to so many animals for days at a time. As a cherry on top, we just called out of the blue and were told that our pets were no longer welcome there after more than half a dozen stays. Never have we received any mention of an issue with our dogs until my wife left a negative review. The owner is vindictive, cheap, and completely uncaring for his or her employees. Avoid this business at all costs!

Since the new owner has come on board, everything has gone down hill. The place used to be lively with so many people there loving on my pups. They knew my dogs by name when we would walk in and my dogs used to love going.Every single person has since left and now there is only one employee managing every task. One employee is not enough to handle animals who need attention. Leaving one person manage all tasks simultaneously led to my 12 lbs Maltipoo being fed 1 cup instead of 1/3 cup of food each feeding for days!Clearly, there is something wrong as the owner is unable to keep an adequate amount on staff.

Absolutely horrible. 120 dollars for a haircut that completely ignored prior specifications. Take your dog literally anywhere else, please!

It's always nerve breaking when you leave your pet at the groomers. I have no issues leaving Ruthie for her appointments here. She's not nervous when I pick her up, the staff are so nice and shelooks great.

I’ve been coming to uptown pet spa for about three years and each time has been great.Christina is absolutely wonderful she’s always taken such great care of my dog she’s very attentive, professional & informative.Sadly our time in Yuma is over so we’ll miss her and uptown very much.I highly recommend that you stop by and give them a chance.Thank you so so much :)

Uptown Pet Spa watched our snake for almost two weeks. Shortly after we dropped him off the heating pad was malfunctioning. They communicated promptly and worked with us to troubleshoot the issue and got it working quickly. They took great care of him, I wouldn't hesitate to return with any of our animals! Thank you!

No you yell at me for asking you to lower your voice because it hurts me drop off is for everyone not just the handycap so much for that being for handycap people Maybe you will understand this . You can't miss treat me.i have everything you have to tx message and phone calls and messages I can prove I wasn't rude to anyone.never got charged for changing my appointment nor was I charged more than the price .my problem isn't with the lady who did my dog my problem is how you treat people who trust you with no more education then the internet and practice on our dogs in az anyone can say they groom dog's. So take your un educated miss treatment to someone who will put up with your mouth .if I knew how you treat the people that is enough to me to think about how and what you did to my dog so trying to make your self look good makes you feel better than who I'm I to stop you from being rude disrespectful so bring everything you have on me and I will do the same. Your nothing but a person who is in educated and it shows You want to keep putting this off on me and the fact you have no respect I don't want you to ever touch my dog again. The way you treat people with disabilities is horrible. This has nothing to do with you I didn't want anyone but my groomer and said I would wait I don't do rude any thing so keep it up I don't care your not license your practice on our dogs and I have already found out everything about the education system for being a groomer and there are no rules watch it change over your way of treatment of people who pay you.miss treatment of handycap is so horrible and you think it is funny keep laughing

So friendly! Cristina is amazing, and took such great care of our senior German Shepherd when he had to be boarded. He loved her, and felt safe with her. Which made me feel so comfortable leaving him with her.
