Employees Desteny Valle, Nicholas Grinaldo, and Amanda Rodriguez from the UPS Store 2261 in Yuma, AZ provided me with outstanding customer service far above and beyond what I expected. They were professional, courteous, and caring. They addressed all my needs and handled my multiple requested services with knowledge and efficiency. Great Job by each....worthy of recognition and praise...Vital assets to UPS. I am truly grateful....Great Job!!! Thanks again.

Best Service Ever! In a world of ever-shrinking quality service the team at this UPS Store kill it! Desteny was super-awesome, Amanda provided backup, and the long haired kid, Nicholas, kind of stood around and looked disinterested and busy at the same time. That takes skill.

I came to ups ,got a simple notary stamp, didn't notice it ,but the kid took a copy of my notary stamp and gave me the copy, well I'm trying to roll over my deceased mother's ira that was given to me ,now things are on hold ,because of this senseless move this kid made ..ridiculous ..wasted what 10 bucks for absolutely nothing ,train these kids, can you??? These kids where angry it seemed cuz I interrupted there play time ,goof off time...should return my money,is what they should do

I recently visited the UPS store at the big curve to return a package through the self-return desk for Amazon, only to encounter a disappointing experience. As I approached the store, I noticed it was undergoing remodeling and rearrangement, but the doors were open, so I assumed they were still operational.
Upon entering, I was met by an employee near the entrance who, instead of offering a proper greeting, immediately inquired if I had a return. When I confirmed, he bluntly informed me that they couldn't assist me. Despite the presence of the self-serve desk, it appeared to be unplugged, and there was no backup plan or effort to assist me at the register. This employee lacked basic people skills and showed minimal effort to resolve my issue. It was frustrating to encounter such a lack of customer service.
With just 15 minutes until closing time, this employee directed me and another customer to go to another UPS store. I rushed to complete my return at the other store a few minutes before they closed.
If the UPS store at the big curve was unable to function properly during the remodeling process, it would have been more reasonable to temporarily close until they were fully operational again. This experience left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced.

At $15 per received delivery, for travelers, this place is a rip off. I've used many UPS and other delivery stores and it's $5. I can get $45 for 6 months all mail etc. In Yuma which I'll do next time.

If you ever need help with package ask for Destiny. She went above and beyond in helpfulness, the best customer service I've had. The entire staff are kind and friendly, super busy, it's always service with a smile ☺️

Excellent Service. Just got notified by the recipient that they were notified about pending delivery! So very appreciated. My inability to give 5 stars is based completely on the cost. It's utterly aggravating when the total due is revealed!
