This is my go-to for anything to mail. Premium service compared to the USPS. No lines, superior customer service. I only go here for mailing packages. I even drop off my regular mail there. Always arrives in time. Best UPS store I’ve been to yet!

This place is a joke they need to hire people that care. I got charged 2.16 scents for 2 pieces of tape like come on i was gonna ship there and pay the shipping but I guess I'll have to find someone else happier to do it. The blonde girl that works there needs to be fired right away you don't talk to your customers like that.

Disgusting. Wish there was a 0 star option. Rude staff. Rip off , 6 dollars to print off Amazon label and tape the box. Never again.

Extremely poor and rude service from the the jump I walked in employee (Maria) she was already giving attitude to another customer. And from the start of my assistance which really was no assistance at all! she truly did not even try helping us , she just had attitude the entire time I had questions about my return and she just stared at me making mistakes on the return machine she did not try once to come and help she just gave rude remarks as if I should know what I am doing. I just took all my things and walked out. Never again coming back to this local UPS. Seems like it’s turning like this everywhere, no people skills what so ever.

Spoke to a lady there who answered one of my questions, as I was writing the information down, I'm going into my next question and she talks over me saying "alrighty, have a good day" and hangs up. The fact that it was not only rude but that I needed to get this information for something important just made her unprofessional. I get you may have other people at the store but instead of asking if I could hold or if there was anything else she could help me with just shows how much she lacks customer service. Honestly training should be required because she lacked it big time.

I went to this UPS Store on Monday 12/12 I’m new to this area and needed to get a couple packages out. I deeply regret going here one box was $$63.00 I wish I would’ve gone to the post office instead. I feel totally taken advantage of.

UPS store on ave b & 16th st. I went over to fax paperwork. Was charge roughly around $30. Which was OK for the extra security to make sure that they were received and clear. I received a message from the company I sent the documents to. They stated that my writing was very faded. I decided to return to the store and let them know what had happened thinking they would have the courtesy to resend the documents to the same place maybe something went wrong. The manager from this store stated she was unable to do that and would have to charge me again. I paid extra to make sure they received them and clear. The fact of the matter is they didn’t and the UPS store didn’t even try to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t recommend this store. Save your money and go somewhere else. Poor customer service

I was overcharged for a service there and I posted my complaint here on this site. The manager looked into it right away and called me personally to let me know that there was in fact an overcharge and that a refund check was on its way. I received the check very quickly and am thankful for her promptness and caring to take care of the matter. Thank you again!
