Only one complaint, Jack should’ve been CEO of USPS. This man is the true definition of GREAT customer service.

Jack who runs the post office on MCAS Yuma is awesome! Always there for a good conversation, remembers his customers and is very respectful and patient with frustrated customers. He goes the extra mile for people who don’t deserve it.

I always enter this USPS and there’s a very short or no line. The workers are always pleasant and they’re very helpful when I’m not sure of something. The hours are a little difficult, but it’s worth it. Also, very clean.
