I come here all the time because it's close to work. The staff is always friendly but today's representative was VERY rude, dismissive, and did not display any type of customer service skills. Her name was REBECCA employee #144221

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is top notch - the representative, Salvador who works directly with our school is always willing to go above and beyond to fulfill our requests.

This is the business that takes pictures for my son’s elementary school and it is not good. Awkward poses and altering my son’s eyes to appear wider. On top of that they don’t bother to fix the student’s hair, something as simple as moving their hair out of their face or a piece of hair. I’m not expecting them to comb their hair just common sense. That’s not going to be a good picture after lunch when kids run around during recess. I miss when the school used Shutterfly.

I left my cell phone at a restaurant near the store. I called them to see if they could ship it back to me if I gave them a credit card number. Not only did they pack it and ship it they went over to the restaurant and picked it up! That is above and beyond what I expected. I have never visited the store, but I love this place.
