Went to Ultra Store in Yuma today. I'm 72 & use a cane to walk. Not one person asked me if i needed help! They weren't busy! All I needed was the Neutrogena Toner & walked all over, no offer to help! I walked out!!!!

You will be waiting for a long time past your appointment time without the staff ever informing you that you are going to have to wait. They were going to let me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time without even letting me know how behind they were. There was no where to even sit down. They only have 2 chairs for customers to wait which were full. Horrible service for someone paying for salon services. The girl at the desk says they run behind on appointments everyday. Seems like a manager needs to step up and do a better job of managing the appointment times.

Ordered online with curbside pick up. The two items, and the bag the employee brought out reeked so strongly of perfume or perfumed lotion that I had to remove the products I purchased from their packaging, and put the boxes in the trunk, and throw out the plastic bag my order came in. Really annoying, and some of us are scent-sensitive. Please have someone who isn't doused in cologne picking and delivering orders.

I booked my hair and make up appointment over a month in advance. My appointment was at 1:00pm. I didn't get seated till 1:30pm. They had me waiting 30 minutes passed. Instead of apologizing the stylist said it's not my fault they over booked me. She said "I tried moving you around but I had other clients that are my repeat clients that I had to take care of. In my opinion, if you were running that late. Why not call let me know? They called me 3 times to confirm my appointment. I said yes every time since I booked it for an event. My makeup appointment rolls around and they were late for that as well. The stylist then states to me that her manger her pressured her into taking me while her other client was waiting because I was sitting there for awhile. All the stylist kept saying was "I'm gonna rush and try to get this done as quick as possible so I can get back to my repeat client" I book theses appointments over month in advance and they made it seem like it was inconvenience to be there. I was there from 1pm- 4:30pm. Which made me late to my event. If I wasn't passed around to three different stylist maybe I would have made it to my event on time. Very disappointed. It's sad, I wasn't the only one treated this way another girl that waited for her appointment was treated the very same way.

Please don't come here for you updos, the stylist are not trained. I showed them a picture with a loose braid on the side and a bun in the back. I was left with what looked like a birds nest with 3-4 braids that were not in the picture. Back combing can look good when done properly, today that did not happen. The excuse was I needed a hair piece for the volume. Ive had buns done without a hair piece many times and did not look like what was done today. The next excuse was my hair was too healthy. Yes it's hard, that's what texture products and dry shampoo are for. I wanted my bangs out of my face, excuse was they were cut too blunt. My stylist kept asking another stylist for next steps. It took around 15 minutes when i first got there for them to figure out how to start & she ended up not doing what the other stylist suggested in the first place. My hair should have just been curled, loose braid on the side the bun with bobby pins. I ended up just going back and washing my hair. I went to the event with my natural hair. I pretty much wasted $80 to look like an old lady. Flat, slicked hair in the front, bird next and a bunch of unwanted tight braids in the back. Stylist told me I'm not going to give you exactly like the picture but something similar. The only resemblance to the picture was that hair was in a bun, everything else was just not.

There’s an amazing Ulta rep that introduced me to COSRX and literally saved my skin ???. Unfortunately, I do mot remember her name…hopefully she is in today!

went in for an exchange with proof of purchase AND order number from store pickup. Even with that they said it was "their policy" to not exchange items past 60 days. Ulta's policy does not put a limit on return items for EXCHANGES or store credits. I'd stick with online or other Ultas. Never had a problem with this till now.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the one and only cashier working. The line extended pretty far back. I needed to return some items and I was planning on shopping for products. I patiently waited and when I was closer to the girl working the front, I heard her ask for help. Someone replied to her request, because she replied something about the line extending back. I was the next in line at this point when another associate opened a register. Brenda was helpful in handling my return, however I did not appreciate her passive aggressive reply to when I looked at the length of the line and commented that I would probably do my shopping online, because the line was still pretty far back. She said sarcastically "Well, I am working as fast as I can to make sure the line goes down faster. Some items (with a flourish of her hands to the items I brought in) take longer than others." No thank you, Brenda. You just lost me. I'll do my shopping another day, at a different location.
