“I went to return my truck and it was a couple hours later than it was supposed to be. I had 5 children and 4 adults, one of such is 5 months pregnant, waiting for me, all of them hungry and tired. I had to wait for the only person that can check trucks in to return from his lunch. At first I was told it was going to be an additional 85 dollars plus an additional fee for the trailer I had returned earlier. However, Raul suggested I call where I rented the truck to see if I could get them to extend my contract, so I called, they proceed to tell me I'd have to call customer service, they told me to call back after I did my return and they might be able to refund 15 dollars. Well at this point I got a bit emotional as it had been a very long, expensive, difficult trip from Eugene, Oregon. Raul, waived the fees, I was and am extremely grateful for that. Thank you Raul.”
