“Needed valve stems replaced. They were very accommodating and performed the work requested. One of my stud extensions was damaged when I returned. Was it their fault or did someone put it on too tight at another time I don't know. There was also another part of the kit they didn't use. They failed to give it back to me and I had to make a return trip. I feel all in all they did what I asked them to do. Could they have taken care of the other issues instead of putting it back on me. I believe yes they could have. That would be a five star review.”

“My transmission gave out on a thursday. After calling several places everyone told me it could be up to 2 to 3 weeks. I needed my truck to get to work since its my only vehicle. I thought i was going to have to rent a car for a few weeks. After calling Team Ramco and hearing my concerns they offered me one of their vehicles so i can go to work at no charge. What shop offeres you this. So i dropped off my truck at their shop on friday afternoon they called me on tuesday that my truck was ready. My truck rides great. “I called and made an appointment for today to have my car's transmission serviced, Barbie answered my call and was very polite on the phone.Today Jose scanned it and took it for a test drive and drove me to the thrift store where I volunteer.Later I called and Barbie said that they ordered the fluid my transmission uses and she will let me know when the car is finished. she said that she would pick me up when it's done.later I called and wanted her to pick me up which she did. my car was out for a test drive. Jose serviced it and used 5 quarts of fluid.They were honest and treated me like a king.I'm very satisfied.Barbie and Jose, thank you.my car drives like new now.”

“I had a great 2nd experience here today, Our car had broken down in a parking lot. We had it towed. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. I asked them to do an oil change since it was already there, and described a noise the car was making. They ran a different diagnostic, let me know the costs of both parts and labor, as well as when to expect them to be delivered from Italy. I will take it back next week for the other issue. They have always been fair and up front with me. I am happy about this as they are the only shop in Yuma that will even see my car. All.others say, oh sorry we cannot work on that car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic”
