I walked in with a flat tire and they started looking at the flat immediately. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem was a cracked rim. Nothing they could do to fix that, of course. They charged me $0.
I will definitely be back to have them remount the existing tire on a new rim.”

Not only dod they have the truck done for me in less than 24 hours they did all the communication with the fleet company as well as getting other fixes approved. “My transmission gave out on a thursday. After calling several places everyone told me it could be up to 2 to 3 weeks. I needed my truck to get to work since its my only vehicle. I thought i was going to have to rent a car for a few weeks. After calling Team Ramco and hearing my concerns they offered me one of their vehicles so i can go to work at no charge. What shop offeres you this. So i dropped off my truck at their shop on friday afternoon they called me on tuesday that my truck was ready. My truck rides great.
