I was hearing tapping noise from my engine and wanted to have it checked out since I do alot of Hwy driving. I talked to Sayvien Mcrae and he was very understanding and listened to the sound from my engine and explained what it could be and he would have it checked out. I had to leave truck over night but he had driver take me home. Then he called me this morning and said nothing to worry about it is good to go. Everything checked out as good.He also had driver come pick me up and take me back to dealer to get my truck. I had to sign receipt to pick it up but no money due free service check which I was very Happy about too. Great job I really do appreciate all of the help you Assisted me with. I took my 2023 tacoma in for an oil change at 10,000 miles around 13,000 miles. I checked to see if my oil was doing fine, and it looked like my oil was overfilled by a quarter inch. I had my wife call service department, and their service manager called back to tell my wife she needs to start her truck and check the oil because when we bring it in its Hot. I called to speak with the GM and left a message on Wednesday to call me back and the situation. I just wanna know why your head service department man told my wife to check the oil with the truck running? To me it sounds like someone messed up or am I wrong If there is any damage to my motor, who's fault is it? Any body else got or had this problem LMK.

I went in and was greeted and assisted immediately. While my car was getting worked on I was receiving frequent updates. Staff from Services is friendly and professional. Recommend Horn Nissan 100%

This is my first time ever to taking my vehicle into any sort of shop for repairs. I love the free shuttle service that takes you home and once your vehicle is ready would they also come pick you up if needed. It's convenient for those without friends that can give a ride moreso paying a hefty sum for Lyft/Uber. Also lets not forget the free car wash that is complimentary after your service. Was driving from Tucson to California. Outside Yuma check engine light came on. Stopped at Alexander Toyota to see if they could help me. They were happy to take my car and checked it out. They checked it out, found no problem and reset the light. Was happy they let us wait in their very comfortable waiting area with our dog. We were on our way in a couple of hours. Just had my car maintenance today and was accommodated by Robert from services department. He’s the best. He is super friendly and approachable. Explains very well on the condition of your unit, what needs replacement and all. Giving a 10/10 for Robert.?To be honest everyone in the establishment are accommodating and friendly. I love the waiting area and their coffee too.

Love Alexander Toyota… however my last oil change they didn’t ask me if there was anything else going on ( my fault for not mentioning it) but I had an issue with my car play that was occasionally happening. I thought it was my cord. Three weeks later it was happening every time! Took it back it was a software update… but $150 fee. Wish it had been checked when I was in the first time.Service: Electrical

Service great until I asked cashier why they did not take off the $5 for a return oil change. She said I had to let them know when I brought my car in. I said no, the service advisor or the technician should have caught it as they put on a new sticker with the same offer. A manager gave me $5 out of his pocket. Not right, but not my fault. The service writer was rude and condescending, but did apologize when I confronted him face to face, so that’s cool. The service manager handled my complaint and fixed my issue pretty quickly. I ended up replacing my own belt for $70 in parts and 10 minutes of my time instead of the $250 parts and labor they quoted me because my extended warranty didn’t cover the squeaking that has been repaired at this facility twice before I did it myself for the third time in 80,000 miles (but it’s just a serviceable belt issue and not the pulley that’s already been replaced in the first 17,00 miles). While it was in they did do a recall that I was told they wouldn’t because of my snugtop being in the way. Wasn’t in the way after my complaint to the manager though. Overall my multiple experiences with service department isn’t good until after I complain, but I have no issues with the parts department.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Don't go anywhere near this place. Armando is a very good salesman to deal with and is responsive. The rest of the experience has been a nightmare. Bait and switch attempts, very pushy and demanding 'finance manager.' Was called back multiple times be aide the deal we agreed upon and signed for 'wasn't possible to finance.' Even with a very high credit score, perfect payment history, and a large down payment on a used Tacoma. He spoke Spanish to my fiancé and her dad to convince them to buy gap insurance after a $7000 down payment on a used car and wouldn't take no for an answer. Eventually he took the no for an answer. 4 months after purchase still don't have plates. They had zero communication with the shop that smogged and weighed the truck. Went there after being referred by a relative. Of course, she's embarrassed after seeing how we've been treated. Toyota's and Lexus's are still the cars to buy, just find another dealer.
