The worst hotel I've stayed at. The bathroom curtain has blood stains at the bottom and the beds were dirty. Once I lifted first blanket there was hair in there. The cabinets is broken and ceiling light is dusty like they don't really clean or pay attention to detail. It's seriously a hooKkr hotel. I'd rather sleep in my car.

Clean spacious room. Everything was good. I couldn't get into the pool area cause the gate wasn't open, and I couldn't get it unlocked. The only negative for me besides the pool was my room didn't have a working a/c, so had to open a window.

Clean facity though it is dated (old) in terms of facilities in general and furnishings. Room was clean and bed comfortable with fridge and microwave. There is a functional swimming pool and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. Parking is adequate for non semi trucks. Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. Overall great value and ok place to spend a night or 2 in Yuma.

Friendly woman at front desk. Beds are firm. Outdated but clean. Did a bug check and found none. Would recommend for a place to sleep and shower.

No thrills motel but very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable with nice firm mattress. Shower was wonderful with plenty power and hot water. Quiet rooms Good air conditioning. Friendly staff. We were pretty hesitant at first because the place was full of road construction workers Sitting outside smoking etc. we thought for sure it would be noisy but we never heard a thing once in the room with door closed. We would stay here again if going through Yuma

Decent room, quiet enough. Friendly owners. Good price and location. Good food options nearby, as suggested by the owners. I would stay here again.

Rooms were small, dirty, and not well maintained. Someone was smoking pot all weekend, just a few doors down, and made it even worse. So no smoking is just a suggestion. We bought cleaning supplies to go through the room and it was scary how dirty things are. The light fixture over the bathroom sink, at about 6 feet off the floor, looks like it hasn't been washed in YEARS. Sticky nastiness all over it. We got one towel and one washcloth for a two bed room - and I'm pretty sure those have been. around since the 60s. Each bed had two pillows only. Stack all 4 pillows together and they MIGHT be as thick as a standard pillow. So it was barely different than having just a pillow case. They said they do not have any extra pillows, either. It seems this motel is primarily used for migrant farmers, as all the rooms on the first floor appear to be occupied by multiple workers, and often the doors were open and you could see they had multiple sets of bunk beds. I am absolutely fine with that. But what a shame these men, who probably work incredibly hard, have to stay in some place the owners clearly don't care about. We don't spend much time in the room, so we just count it as a learning experience, but seriously, at LEAST clean the rooms, ESPECIALLY in the middle of a pandemic. The lamp shades are broken (all of them), smashed, and have very clearly been that way a very long time. The only two outlets in the room are very very old and the brackets are broken, so when you plug something in, the entire outlet pushes in. The toilet seat is damaged and extremely lose. The shower curtain is probably from the dollar store. Water just went right through it. So the bottom line, if you want a motel room for under $100 a night, plan on doing your own cleaning before you touch anything. And know nothing has been updated except the TV, since Kennedy was in office.

We had a clean, quiet room away from the road so there was no street noise. The person who checked us in was pleasant, efficient and helpful. The appliances worked well and the room was adequately stocked and was clean. We were surprised at the price for the quality of the accommodations.
