Like another person said, they are fast to get you to sign, and take your money and then when something is wrong, they dont answer, dont call back amd they dont send tech out. Need to get i contact with BBB and file a complaint.So it seems everybody gets the same reply, "sorry for inconvinience, please email us, blah blah blah.......I EMAILED AND STILL NOTHING!!!Dont even deserve 1 star!!Solar went out on the 18th, we are now in Oct. And no service yet!!!Called, Emailed, left call back number, nothing!! Worthless, Horrible!!

Have been trying to contact them for months.... Nothing.. no response , no call back. Phones ring constantly. Very quick to sign you up though. Call back time was astounding when they wanted you to sign up

Was very nervous about going solar. We had some ups and downs with it but Titan has been very supportive and taken care of all issues in a timely manner. I've been very happy with customer service at the local level!!

They communicate in the beginning but once you sign the process goes slow, we sign up for solar year ago and still hasn't been turn on yet and we are having make payments on something thats not on. The worst customer service

They're fast to get you to sign... that's the ONLY time they are fast. Poor follow-up and worse customer service. We can't get them to finish the project. Don't use Titan... repeat, don't use Titan.

We are over all happy -4 years ago installed 18 kilowatt solar system our house ($46k), part of the sales pitch was to monitor thru phone app. The app on are phone stopped working, called customer support, told there is something wrong with our inverter and she needed to transfer my call to different department (25 minutes on hold) technician said we'd need to pay $500 more to have them fix the Bluetooth connection.

So far this whole process has been a joke! I heard don't you use titan solar, but did I listen, nope. I was lied to by Thomas Tade, then titan whole is doing my solar contacts me and I speak to Jesus Garcia. This dude calls me all apologetic tells me he is going to fix the problems and then ignores all my calls. I had put solar in my home over 4 months ago and still not up and running. I had to call and complain for.them to finally do something. Now I'm being charged for solar panels that aren't fully functioning. And titan gives you the run around. Save yourself a headache and don't use them or spartan solar

First off worst experience I ever had mike sales guy came to my house I explained to him that only way I would install solar if I wouldn’t have two bills to make sure they install enough panels so I wouldn’t have two bill was promised I would produce more power then needed after solar install nothing has been what promised nothing but lies from them won’t return calls pleas people beware before you buy solarpurchase shop around I pay over 200 a month in Summer I pay 100 in winter plus174 for solar we only have 2 people in household

If you're in a hurry to get solar, maybe look for someone else. Our plan was submitted with APS in September, it's now March and we still don't have panels or an install date. I'm having trouble getting anyone to call me back. Customer service does not seem to be Titan's strong suit.

Beware of "Kyle Anderson". He is one of the reps going around selling people solar. He is a "dishonest" person who will tell you what he wants to get you to install solar so he can get his commission. He came to my house and told me about the federal and state rebate/credit that equals around 12,000.00. He told my wife and I that if we installed the solar panels last year we would qualify for the money and we could put in back into to the finance charge or choose to receive the money and pay off debt, go on vacation, do some home remodeling, etc. I asked him how would I qualify for that money in 2022 if we were at the end of 2021. He assured us and said as long we sign the contract before the end of 2021, we would qualify for the state & federal tax rebate/credit. He obviously lied to our faces to get us to sign the contract because every where I went to try to get my taxes done they told me that I do not qualify for the rebate even though the contract was signed Dec. 6 2021. I called the company that financed us (GoodLeap) and explained what we were told. The rep let us know that what he is telling people was not true and apologized multiple times for the false information Kyle had given us. He even told us to refer people asap so they could take advantage before the year ended. We thought he was a super nice guy and know we realize that he is a wolf in sheep clothing feeding us lies to get us to sign the contract as soon as possibly. I hope Titan Solar fires him that way he does not ruin their reputation as a good company.
