Very unhelpful sales woman (Maria). After waiting an hour, she refused to assist me in changing my phone plan because my drivers license was expired. So I went and got another current photo ID, waited in line again, and then she offered me a plan for $75. a month and said it was the very best deal and plan that they had for me. I rejected her offer and later called T-Mobile and got unlimited talk and text with international calling for only $40. a month with their essentials 65 plus plan.

Went in this morning at 10am and was told they only had 2 employees present when 3 was needed to open due to security issues. They told us to come back in 10 minutes which we did and were now behind another customer who arrived a minute before we returned which was fine. The late employee finally showed up and they opened 10 minutes late. Went in and we’re going to be helped but an employee Alexandra, who was helping the first customer, prevented the other employee from helping us because we had briefly spoken to her the night before on big upgrades to our phones and services. Subsequently, another family came in and was being helped by the late employee while we continued to wait for Alexandra. Long story short, we were the first to arrive at 10am but we’re left waiting an hour before we gave up. Going to Phoenix for better customer service and reliability of opening times.

Carolina greeted my parents and I with a smile and helped us switch from cricket to T-Mobile, she was so patient and explained everything very well, everything was resolved, Carolina and Alexandra were amazing!!!

Don’t recommend going to this place, unless you want to be scammed. I was told about the freedom carrier plan, when I transferred from Verizon. Me and my husband initially did not want to trade in our old devices, but were convinced after hearing that T-mobile would pay off any early termination fees from Verizon, and the remaining balance of the phones we traded in. I spoke to both the assistant manager, and the person who convinced us to trade in, and they NEVER put the freedom carrier plan on our account (after deliberately stating that they did). Now me and my husband are stuck with a 1200 bill that T-mobile refused to pay due to the laziness of the employees at this store. The assistant manager of the store stated that he would keep us in contact, and call us about updates on our plan, and have not heard from him in months. We both have gone down to the store numerous times, and called numerous times. I had to reach out and call T-mobile myself, and told them the issues we were having and they even stated that the employees of this store were being lazy and did not do their job correct. If you are looking to switch, DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The employees are lazy, they lie, and scam you out of your money. Literally go anywhere else.

Great service! I wanted to return my T-Mobile Home Internet box, and went to this store to do so. Had the best help from Luis! He was able to remove the line from my account, get me a shipping box with label and instructions on how to mail it back. And just as I was leaving the store a UPS truck pulled up and he was able to take the return so I didn't even have to go to UPS store to do it! Thanks for making it such a easy transition.
