The young lady who helped us was Excellent, Knowledgeable, Professional and Personal. She explained everything and didn't rush usMy nephew and I both have accounts, got Netflix and we now both got our Internet box... I have nothing but good praise. I Highly Recommend this place ?

If I could leave a 0 I would. T-mobile customer service calls this store and sets up an exchange for my gateway that died. She told them I would be there today after 3:00. Showed up at 4:00, they had no idea what I was talking about. Told me that I would have to have one shipped to me, then bring the dead one in. Told them that was not acceptable as I had been without internet for 3 days and I use this gateway for work. Talked to the mgr and finally got approval to trade dead one for working one. Get home and it would not connect. Got back on the phone with customer service and the gentleman at the store did not update the sim card so it was never going to work until customer service updated it and did a factory reset. This is computer 101 work, come on guys, do your job.

Victor was amazing helping me with my home internet needs, didn't push for me to get unnecessary services, was friendly, professional and right on point in what I need. In the future any other needs I might have related to services they offer, I will happily go back and inquire at that store.

Sprint should not of sold it to Tmobile! Ive been with sprint since i was 18 and now im 35. Tmobile suck. I cant even make a phone call where i use too. My messages send when they want too and calls go through when they want as well!! STAY AWAY TMOBILE IF YOU DONT LIVE IN A BIG CITY! Gonna look into spectrum bet it better then Tmobile.

What's the point of having multiple locations if you can't get basic questions answered. I went in to see why my phone plan has an extra balance and they said that ,oh this happened to another customer before. And that she would have to call their manager to see if I have to go to the other store to get helped there.

I understand that insurance is sometimes a necessary evil, but....We have been paying $29 per month for the Insurance on both of our phones. One of our phones started acting funny this week. We go in, check in, wait 20 minutes for someone to take the phone, and are told less than 3 minutes later that, "it is water damage". First, no. The phone has not been near any kind of liquid. Second, how easy is it to make that hard and final determination???We have been with Sprint for a long time, and this was the final crack. When these contracts are up, we will be changing carriers.

Stores currently states it is open from the customer service department, however the store is locked and no one is answering the phone for the past week.

They can be very tricky. Watch carefully what they are going to do when you add a line or upgrade.They can charge you for phone that they said they disconnected on an upgrade.My daughter ended up paying 600 a month for 3 lines, and some sprint drive device that does not work. Is under contract.Beware!!!!!!
