Staff is lazy they don't greet you or care that you've been waiting they sit and talk among each other like no one is waiting. You'll be waiting 55mins to get a haircut and they don't refill cups for the water. Floors are super dirty you can see the dirt and stains all over its gross. None of thr checking tablets work beside the one they use. Drive to the Foothills location they are way better out there. Complete opposite from here.

I had an appointment at 11:40, I checked in early. at 12:30 I left without a haircut, the stylist I was waiting for took an hour to cut a man's hair, disappointed, I will try tomorrow.

Extremely friendly people, they did both my girlfriend and I. For my haircut I told them basic outlines of what I wanted and asked them to do the rest since I like new hair cuts each time I get one and they did a fantastic job

I went there because they had a walk-in policy. It's definitely set-up for men to enjoy. However I am a woman with short hair and found the salon to be a great place for a haircut for anyone. I watched men getting haircuts. Beautifully & skillfully done!
My turn ... I'll be back for my next cut that's for sure. Great place!!!

For the manager, my boyfriend and I, along with customer, got here 5 minutes early. One of the employees came right when they were suppposed to be opening at 10 am. They opened 10 minutes late, when there was 2 other employees inside that could of open on time. When they did open, even though we were the first people there, we had to wait 30 minutes. We came early so my boyfriend could be one of the get his hair cut. He tried making an appointment, the website couldn't find the this place, so he couldn't make one, nor leave a review. We will not be coming back here. And the building number is also not on there.

I think they should have walking available because some people like with disabilities can't use computer for booking online and they're taking only military guys on Sunday not fear. Won't go back there. They're rude people anyway.Service: Kids' cuts
