Practically every time I go here, I get dead named by the same receptionist despite telling her the name I personally go by. It's even written on the lab orders they get. I try to be as polite as I can be and not get upset, but It's incredibly embarrassing to get called by my birth name in an almost quiet room full of people and essentially get outed by a receptionist. People look at me like I have 3 heads. The weird thing is that I've never had that problem with the phlebotomists. They've always been chill and seemed to understand but front desk.....not so sure.

These people have no clue how to do their job. They had us come back two days in a row only to hear excuses that were made up on the go. Don’t waste any time with this outfit ! Find another option!

The staff were helpful they have a lot of seating to include wide seating. Wait time is around 30 min on average but the actual lab work is fast. Parking is sufficient.

Front desk staff are horrible. A group of 5 people were sitting in the front office chit chatting about personal business. Very unprofessional for patients to have to wait for the staff to finish their personal visitation time before they are helped.

I called to make appt n they said they could get me in within a couple days. They gave me a number to call to make an appt. I called the number n the computer man said there was a 2-3 week delay to book an appt for a blood draw. I called corporate on Phoenix and the guy did not know what was going on. He told me to make appt online. I went online and all blood draws were unavailable thru the end of January 2022. I did not look for february. I called Phoenix corporate again and they acted like they did not care, nor did they think it unusual for their Lab to be that far backed up for blood draws. They also told me that Yuma was by appt only. I called Quest labs in Yuma and finally got a human. This lady told me they had walk -in appointments. She also could not tell me if they had received my doctor orders for the blood draw. I asked them what the heck was going on and they accused me of cussing at them. They were all uncaring and didn't really care about the conflicting information that I had been given. They are a screwed up company. I ended up having my blood drawn at Labcorp, where I didn't have to put up with Quests incompetence. I don't know how this company stays in business. Guess they don't believe in customer service. Wonder how long it will take for them to go bankrupt.

Corporate office lost my daughters labs, the manager didn't even take the time to call me back. When they finally found them they had a bad attitude about it and didn't even apologize.

Took my toddler in for routine labs; phlebotomist poked her 3 times until she called someone more experienced, apparently 4th times a charm (although the first phlebotomist was nice, she probably shouldn’t practice on toddlers).. days pass by, I call their corporate office for a copy of the results (that I had already requested online)..they lost her labs (first representative said they said they had my online request and they would be sending a letter to let me know there is no results for her); couldn’t find them,.. they had me call the local office to see what was going on, they found the results, but couldn’t send it, I had to get transferred to the corporate office again..they wanted me to fill out an authorization form (which I had done 4 days prior) all of a sudden they lost that too (when the 1st rep said they had it) … they had me fill out another authorization form, so I did… they received it and still said they couldn’t send until the authorization form was processed, I verified if she had both results and authorization form, she said yes, but can’t send until it’s my turn since they get so many in a day.. asked to speak to a supervisor “Amber Wood”.. they sent me to her voicemail, she couldn’t even return my call, she had an employee return my call, just to say “we don’t have any results” I explain they misspelled the name.. found them (again) and finally got them.. something the 3rd representative could have done.. it took a total of 5 people to get this over to me… regardless horrible service never going again… do not recommend 0/10

Lizbeth was AMAZING! PERIOD. I went to 306 with an appt, super easy to check in with them, love that they give cash rates! Very clean facility, waiting chairs spaced out for covid but no one was waiting. I have a needle phobia and had so SO much anxiety, Lizbeth from the start didn’t draw anything out. I have a deep hard-to-find vein, and usually get poked at least a few times before they dig around. She stuck me without making me wait, and got it perfectly the first time. This was the best needle experience I have EVER had, and all of the staff were great! Highly HIGHLY recommend!
