I recently had my Pathfinder Rock Creek in for service. Eric was my service advisor. The service was supposed to be complimentary as part of the sale per my salesman. Well after my cars service was completed. We went to cash out and found my salesman had left the business. Normally the salesman is billed for this. The manager on site would not honor the agreement. When I explained that to Eric and he verified with the original sales manager he stepped up and honored the agreement on my word. It's refreshing to see someone "do the right thing" when they don't have to. It helps to build a relationship with the business knowing that you will be treated fairly. So now I have had a positive purchasing experience and a good service experience. In addition they have been helpful with my wife and her Nissan. They have shown that there are car dealerships left that still have integrity. If we buy more Nissans in the future this will be my 1st choice of dealers (normally a Chevy guy). Good Job Horne sales and service departments....

This was my first time purchasing a car in my life and honestly it went better than I could have ever imagined. Thomas was such a big help and he made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. He helped me and my fiancé find our dream car and for that I am so thankful! Beautiful service! ??

From top to bottom...service dept, management, salesman, finance, admin staff....every employee was knowledgeable, kind and patient. Employees went out of their way to be personable making it a comfortable and safe environment. Too many amazing employees to mention, but super shout out to Jairo and Tomas.

Lisa and the entire service department always take good care of me. My service is completed promptly and my car is always washed. during this past visit my battery failed the load test so they replaced it free of charge. Of course it is covered by warranty but they did not try to sell me anything and I can always count on their honesty. The thing I like best about coming to this service department is that I can see what is being done to my vehicle right from the customer lounge. other places make you wait in the lobby and take your vehicle to " the back." which makes you think if they are really doing wha they are supposed to do to your vehicle. Thank you

I took my car in today to get a recall fixed. When I picked it up there were scratches all over the hood ( that weren’t previously there) and scuffs on the back of the car that again weren’t previously there. They tried to tell me that it was like that when I brought it I. It wasn’t I try to take very good care of my cars exterior. Checking for scratches everyday if not every other day. They then said they would buff it and the scuffs came out so that was nice but they scratched up my hood more! So now my hood is filled with scratches that weren’t there this morning when I dropped it off. I do not recommend having your vehicle serviced here. I also had a hat in my car that was on the seat and when I picked it up it was thrown into the floor board 10/10 don’t recommend.

This was my first oil change and tire rotation since I purchased my 23Rogue. The tech was able to take me in when he couldn’t find my appointment that I had called in earlier in the week. There were no issues and the wait for it was a normal time. The tech went over everything that was done and I was on my way. Great service overall.

Anthony was friendly and gave us detailed information and offered options that would fit what we were looking for and my wife and I felt like he took our personal circumstances into account when showing us options of the vehicles we could buy. Overall our whole experience was great and the entire staff was friendly. We were very well accommodated.

Below is my original review. After I posted it I immediately got a call from Lisa the service manager asking how she could correct the faulty mirror. She immediately ordered the replacement mirror and called me 3 days later to replace the mirror. Unfortunately Toyota didn't include the glass so she had to order that. I left my car overnight and I was called as soon as it was totally fixed. There was no charge to me. If Lisa and her crew were selling cars I would definitely buy from them. I'm still disappointed that the money numbers were pushed through and the price was hiked up. No call from the boss.Thank you Lisa.The people that worked there were nice, however, the car we bought did not work properly (the safety mirrors). We ended up paying more than the asking price which was because the paper work was rushed by us. I wouldn't buy a car from them again.

I recently purchased a 2023 Rogue at Horne Nissan Yuma. We search thru online and got help from Jess she was great since the beginning answering all my questions and helping me in every way. I was in the search for a new vehicle but just thinking about all the stressful process I was just putting this away. Thanks to Jess and Horne Yuma staff I can honestly say the process was not stressful at all. Thank you Jess for all you did and for your help. Now I’m loving and enjoying my new car. If there anyone looking to purchase a new car I will definitely referral them to you. Because buying a car should not be stressful you should enjoy the process.

Decided to trade in my car and decided I wanted a Nissan... the experience was great, salesman was no overly pushy like other dealerships I have been too, the whole process went super smooth and so quick. Very happy with my new car

I took my car in for an oil change and they found a cracked bushing in the front end. Erik provided an estimate for the repair, the part was ordered and I brought my car in to have it replaced. They always provide excellent service thanks to their great service manager and her top notch service representatives. I drive a Nissan but even if I didn’t, I would have them service my car. They are the best.

As always the service dept is on point. Horacio met me at my car and collected info on his pad and was able to provide a final cost at that time. Later when a problem was discovered he called gave me a new time as to when the car would be ready as well as new final price. Outstanding. I also enjoy taking your service dept of which I consider family.

If I could give 0* I would. I took my vehicle to the dealership after they asked me to and they said they would give me an offer on my vehicle for a trade in or if I decided to sell it to them. They took a look at my vehicle, then said they would need to take it for a test drive even though I was informed they would be able to give me an offer without this previously. They take it for a test drive and then decided to not give me an offer at all that day. They said they would let me know. I wasn't even offered a test drive or anything even though I was interested in trading for a new vehicle. Never received an offer the next day. Total waste of time.
