I think Smart and Final is the best store if you want to prep food and sell it. Smaller, faster, less ambivalent than the Sam's or Costco. Great staff.

Wow...very nice, neat, clean store that sells name brand goods at good prices. Small easy to get around, good staff well organized. Think I found my new grocery store ?
