Really bad customer service, I called to book a makeup appointment for my prom day. Called multiple times no one answered and when they did pick up they were not understanding what so ever they had said they had no idea what I was talking about when I had specifically said I wanted my makeup done.

If I could I would give it zero stars honestly never coming back here. I wanted a recommended foundation but they were sending to websites when I told them I did but foundation is way too dark.

I used to love Sephora but after moving here to Yuma and coming to this location I never shop there anymore. The staff here sucks, they're rude and treat you like you're nothing like they're better than you. One of the girls offered me a basket and I said no I'm ok thank you and she just threw the basket at my feet. Who does that! Worst customer service ever!!! I wouldn't waste my time there if I were you. They should just close the store or hire better staff.

One of the worst Sephora's out there! It's unorganized and the customer service sucks. I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for my free makeover for being a VIB member. I booked it specifically for my senior prom, however when I checked in for my appointment I was told I didn't qualify for a makeover. I had two free makeovers on a voucher on my cell but they would not honor the coupon for a FREE makeover. Even though it was clearly ordered on my account, I was told I had to have a physical copy of the voucher. I had no problem last year getting my makeover, mentioning I was a VIB member. What was supposed to be a very special day was ruined by insensitive customer service!

Went there to get a black lipstick was recommended the fenty black lipstick by worker there I forgot her name she looked Asian but I was walking back n forth cause I was contemplating getting it she had just opened a new box because the tester was empty to swatch on my hand after a lil while she thought I was gonna steal it so grabbed it n went back to her other coworkers to talk while staring at me I bought my foundation n left I've never felt more humiliated in my entire life as a person that works in a customer service environment jcpennies/sephora should be ashamed to hired people the represent their brand like this honestly I won't go back and I won't even buy online

This is the worst maintained Sephora I've ever seen! The shelves were mostly empty. It looked like they hadn't restocked in weeks. Plus, the shelves were dirty and covered in makeup. It seems like no one cares about this store at all. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Last night I stopped at Sephora to buy new products and replace one. The store was very busy but a young lady asked if I needed help. She said she would be with me as soon as she finished with her client. After a few minutes she asked another salesperson to help me because she would be going on break. The second salesperson then requested help from anyone available. I waited some more. Another sales person then asked if I wanted a basket but not if I needed help. I then noticed that the first salesperson was helping someone else instead of going on her break. After being in the store for approximately 20 minutes and no help, I left. I will not be going back.
