I went to Sam's club to purchase weed killer. I chose a concentrate from ortho, a 2 gallon size. Unfortunately going by the directions and mixing properly. It did not work. Luckily ortho cause I know has some moneyback guarantee. So I called them and explain the situation And they said that they would go ahead and refund my money. No problem. I gave them all the information where and when I bought it and email them a receipt. Sam's club charged me $49.95. When I was speaking with the representative at ortho For the refund she said that the list price for that retail should be $27.95. I know Sam's club didn't pay that for it and they can charge what they want. But that is a hefty mark up above the list price. This is supposed to be a less expensive store to shop. Hands down they're ripping us off. it's $27.95 is the suggested list price I am assuming that Sam's Club paid $15. That would put it over a 300% markup. I will never go back again.

Still love having our Sam's Club. Scan and go is super easy and fast. Snack bar stays busy for reasonably priced lunch/supper pizza, pretzels, hotdogs & sundaes

Be careful when using their app for pickup orders. The associate responsible for doing your online shopping order for you in store will not pay close attention to the freshness of fruits and vegetables as you would do yourself. It was obvious to me when i looked at the strawberries that there was mold on them. Yet, that is what the Sam's Club associate put in my trunk with a smile. I didn't see them until i got home and started to put food away. The answer i was given was to return the strawberries to the store for a refund. I live 27 miles away from Sam's Club. TWENTY SEVEN. And I am supposed to be further inconvenienced by driving there and back, wasting gas, to be reimbursed for moldy strawberries. So much for the ease of pick up orders.

As most know, this city does not have a Costco and for years shopping at Smart & Final, Walmart & Sprouts for my needs I have now added Sam's Club and so happy! Instead of driving an hour to El Centro or almost 3hrs to San Diego or Phoenix check out Sam's; similar to Costco (seriously, shockingly similar, maybe even better )

Did an on line membership $45 for $45 on saving, been to the Yuma Sam's club 3 times talked with Customer support (can't help) Tried checking out twice & not working. Asked to speak with management 3 times & they will not get management for me just a supervisor I have registered the card with the app online but I'm starting to think they have a location issue with their accounts because the online app is still using their old Pacific ave. Address screwed up anyway.

If I could leave zero stars I would, my parents went in to buy some food and got convinced by the Att scammers to switch over...I call them scammers cuz that's the best way to describe it this had been the most horrible experience ever not only where my parents lied to it they were also cheated out of their money they signed up for four lines and got 8 total ! The girl Kristina not only lost two of there phones she lied to them and refused to make the situation right and the two supposedly lost phones aren't lost someone is using them. These people do nothing but lie and scam people out of there hard earned money don't ever buy anything from the Att kiosk you will have the worst experience and headache doing so. they treat their customers like they are irrelevant and nothing once they take your money stay away !

Anytime I go they are out of many things. Cheese? No. Half and half ? Nope! Lines are long and ridiculous as there's no direction for the registers.

The membership is worth it for the gas alone. Even when gas isn't $5/gallon. Shopping is nice as always. Hard to beat going and getting samples and then eating a meal at the Cafe for like $2.

Wow... It's as if you could here a pin drop in the mens restroom, except they weren't pins dropping. I had a horrible experience with the restroom on a busy Sunday. Needless to say I'll be making sure that I use the restroom somewhere else. Oh and lines through the roof on the weekend. Do online pickup.

How does this Sam's Club have such a low rating?! Let's remedy that! I have no complaints whatsoever about this Sam's. The employees have always been nice and helpful, the food at the deli is good (and super affordable!), the items I want are always in stock, the samples given around the store are yummy, the prices are amazing, the store is clean, the produce is fresh, they have some cute clothes and shoes (I got some Tom's for cheap!), and the app lets you scan as you go and pay by phone to bypass the checkout line before exiting the store. Seriously, what more could you want? I used to drive to the Costco an hour away but finally caved and got a Sam's membership and truly I am SO GLAD I did. Best devious ever! I love this place!

I'm giving this particular Sam's club a "1 Star" rating due to the poor management that they have. I applied at this location when their hiring manager said that "they are hurting in x,y,z areas". I applied in all those areas! Fast forwarding after my second interview concluded and the manager told me that I had the job. He said wait for an email for follow up instructions. 5 days later I get an email saying I wasn't hired. I called and spoke to an incredibly rude manager. She had an attitude to start (not good for your companies image), and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and making this up. I am disappointed in this establishments ability to lead, mentor, guide, and advise their leaders. If you're looking for employment as a manager please apply here and show these "managers" how to be a leader!

The Sams Pharmacy is excellent. The Tucson store and the employees are disappointing at best. Not worth the yearly membership cost.

My car battery completely died and it was purchased 3 months ago. Battery service employee checked it and noticed something off with battery, we received a new one. Easy return, great customer service. Line wasn't long to purchase pizza and the store was not as crowded as it normally is on a Sunday afternoon
