The store Manager Martha was the reason my customer experience turned from fine to terrible. She wants everyone to know that she is the store manager and she makes the decisions. An item that was clearly on a shelf with other sale items turned out to not be on the sale. When I informed her that was confusing for the customer, she became rude and smug and wanted to argue. Literally told me I could go to another store and interrupted me every time I tried to speak. Ego-lead leadership is not the way to get business MARTHA!

I went into Sally's this morning 11 a.m. to get some hair coloring. The sales associate came up to help me which I did not need her help but she was pretty pushy. Then she kept telling me to back up as if to give her space. She grabbed the wrong one I told her what what I needed again, she grabbed the other one as she still told me to back up. I go to the register, I try to give her my phone number 3 times, third time she says it's kind of hard to hear without with the mask on so I pulled it out, I did not lift it up to say my number she yelled at me to put my mask down. I told her are you crazy she said again pull your mask down. I said that is so rude. We have plexiglass between us she had 2 masks on and a pair of gloves. I was the only customer in the store. I think this individual needs to be retrained by her supervisor on how to handle Covid. If I did not need the product I would have left it there and left, but the color I needed, there is a shortage of. I bought it and left I will not go back to that Sally's store ever again with that person there. I work in a huge store, with way more people, I would never treat my customers that way! Covid 19 is bad, but you have to be professional, and safe at the same time. This girl was not!

The Hispanic lady working there scheduled today Friday October 30th at 130pm Should be FIRED. Took 20 minutes to check 2 customers out. Had a line of 5 plus people. Unfamiliar with working and multitasking. I walked out and so did others. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

It's getting terrible with customer service when the person working there is like a robot and doesn't know the sales that are on. I had to go back in because she charged me full price for a sale item. There's never an apology and I got treated like I was bothering her. This is why people don't like to shop brick and mortar stores ...and customers are ordering on line. The young people have no people skills and don't like to work. The atmosphere in the stores is so bad that a person doesn't enjoy shopping...so they limit what they are going to buy.
