I went here today to buy some hair dye to make my hair lighter and the lady told me to get the wrong developer, she said it should be a higher developer for lighter hair. After taking her advice I noticed nothing changed with my hair turns out it should of been a lower developer! Wasted my money listening to her advice this isn't the first time I've been misled by someone working at sally's and I'm never going back there, these ppl suck and they don't know anything about the products they're selling.

Always get my specialty hair products from Sally! Staff is wearing masks ? There are plastic shields at the registers. And now they offer curbside pickup ? You can call, order over the phone, then go pick it up! Can be super convenient and you can find out before you go over to the store if they have what you need or not!

Went 15 minutes before they closed and the lady locked the door right in my face ..I was going for one items gonna me in and out real quick .. rude lady defiantly lost my business

Absolutely disappointed. Drove downtown and then their hours were different. Store was cleaned out. No restocking? Not sure why if they were the only one open why they didn't keep up on ordering? They obviously had the clientele?

The woman assisting me was so kind and helpful I spent less than 7minutes in the store I found what I needed quickly and was in and out! I love this place!!

Curbside pickup is CLOSED, they need to correct this on Google. Also, I will no longer be a member nor shopping at sallys ever again. I've spent so much money here and I can't believe this company has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order online to arrive 3-5 business days and here we are a month later and I don't even have a tracking number! But they sure were able and quick to charge my debit card!!!

Most incompetent staff in the world. Don't try to do curbside they don't answer the phone.
