I seen NO health department inspection certificate nor business license for the kitchen where this park makes and sells food , has cochroachs and who knows what other critters , park is not animal friendly, it may take you several days before the owner Jean will let you pay your electric bill and rent , very inconvenient when she asks you to come back the next day to do so , and then again the next day , one month it wasn't until 9 days later before I was able to finally get her to let me pay for my rent n electric. Lots of drama also at this park , new rules include that you must have your cat on an leash at all times.Electric rates are out of this world , $.20.5 per kw in December 2023. Not ran professionally at all .

Awesome park. There are really cool buildings and it is right next to the Colorado River! The African Daisy's and tomato plant were a nice touch.Unfortunately couldn't take my Toy Hauler here.Guess it's 55+.Would have been nice if there was a sign or notice before hand...

This is a great RV Park. It is nice, quiet, and clean. There are community events and a helpful staff. We like the people we have met and I would recommend this park to anyone.

quiet park, next to the west wetlands park, no internet wifi...come prepared. Easy access to downtown by car or bike.

The owner and staff were so friendly. The RV park is adjacent to the West Wetlands Park which has beautiful trails and a paved walking path. It was a perfect place to walk the dogs and a very safe area. I will definitely stay here again.

Winter visitors if you are not occupying a space here well then your not really visiting Yuma. Situated along the front of the Colorado river, hence its name, this beautiful RV park is well maintained with a flare for nostalgia, literally just minutes from downtown Yuma and two historic state parks! The West Wetlands are directly east of the park that has a stocked fishing pond, playground, and space to picnic or just to go for a stroll. Spaces fill up fast so make sure to book your space well in advance. This is a RV park you will revisit time and again.

Rustic and on Colorado river. Nice people. Bumps up against West wetlands. I go there because during winter they have music jams.

I'm not staying there but it's right next door and I've spoken with guests. Chief problem is with pet owners. The hosts, I'm told, are trying to segregate those with pets to a few spaces in the front and they cannot be walked through the park. Great if you hate pets, lol.The owner is known to make her politics known and some guests find it offensive. Some say it's pricey for what it offers but it's a good sized park with some very nice rigs pulling in. It's cute in a folksy way. Spaces are mostly back in style with a bit of a side yard. Some sites are nicely shaded but most are not.Basically, the consensus is it's over priced, not pet friendly, and the tone of the place matches the political upheaval we're all feeling.

The park is very simple and nice. The lady who runs it was kind. I don't like confrontation, so I didn't complain about the nasty man beside me because I had been told there were only a limited number of spaces for short timers, and they were all surrounding his spot. To be honest, I also didn't want to deal with the onslaught of questions I was sure to get from him if I did prepare to move. I was contacted by her after I left five days early. There was no one in the office that morning, so I just left a note and high tailed it. If you have a complaint let management know about it, even if it's over the answering machine. I was told after the fact that I could have been moved to another area in the park.

We stayed at Riverfront for two years. We liked the location. The second year we had a problem with the 50 amp service to our RV. The old lady who owns (owned?) the place came and fixed the outlet herself. We left shortly after and when we returned the next fall she gave us the same spot. When I plugged in to the outlet it fried my charger and inverter. We checked into the situation and found she had left the neutral line loose and it had came out. We had to drive 150 miles to San Diego to get the charger repaired at a cost of $350. We then had to drive the 300 mile round-trip back to San Diego to pick up the charger when it was repaired. She refused to give any compensation and told me my repair was my fault because I did not have a good enough monitor on our bus. We left and will never go back.

Come one, come all! If you like poor customer service then this is the place for you! Comes with unprofessional and unsolicited advice for free. As a bonus you get a notoriously unreasonable landlord. Run don't walk away from this deal. For a low price with additional fees you too can be unhappy.

Wow... a month ago I was quoted $510 plus electric for each month January and February. New manager takes over and it's now $1,400 per month because you have to pay $350 per week. For a park with no facilities? Good luck with that. I have no idea what they are trying to do but I have a feeling it will backfire.

OK for a short stay, but we stayed here last year for several months and a month into covid they still were NOT cleaning the bathrooms. When I told the owner that they were really dirty she told me that the customers are supposed to clean it ourselves! It's overall a very dirty, run down place. But it's cheap so make your own decision. I will never stay again! Also, she is a very greedy penny pincher and just not a nice or friendly person at all. Pay the extra 100 dollars Month and stay at a nice place that has a pool and good customer service! That's what we do now!
