With so many shops out there sometimes it's hard to choose where & where not to go. I know everyone's experience is different & sometimes caused by being impatient or not having the information spoken to understand. So our sons burban was damaged end of March. We originally chose Griggs(in statefarm network, bcuz of reviews & bcuz they said they could fix) but after 2 months of dragging feet & they fed us with lies, we called other shops just to b told no bcuz it's 1988. Finally Rising Star said yes but they ran into 1 snag finding & getting door here. I acquired the door took Lil over 2weeks to complete & we are beyond happy with the results. As old as it is they did amazing job, highly recommend them. Doug the owner will always be upfront & honest.

Shop repaired my car and when I followed up with issues they said they would contact me back. I followed up was told they are backed up and will call me back. Still no response and going on 2 years.

Worked here for a week. I loved the staff immediately. The attention and service that was given to the clients was exceptional. Unfortunately for me, I have a huge allergy to the sun and could not stay employed without jeopardizing my health. I would definitely select Rising Star to have work done to my Jeep if the need ever presented itself.

Unfortunately, Doug did not include all the damage on the claim and when I pointed it out he said show me how the door could of caused this after the door was fixed if he had asked that when it still had the damaged door I could have showed him anyways I told him to contact the insurance and he did but he told them that it wasn't part of the accident I won't be using them agai since they don't do there job well he also took way longer then what he had said. This place is sorry because we were women they took advantage of my. My insurance only covered 300.00. My driver door had a little dent. In the end they charged 3,100.00 for my truck. One of these day there gonna do this to the wrong person. The auto shop is sorry

One of my customers took a vehicle to this shop and they did an absolute horrible job finishing the paint. I took photos, made a video and will be reporting them to the Better business bureau. There were sanding marks everywhere, paint burned off from a buffer, scratches and drag marks from a cord. The customer had to pay me twice to fix it which is pathetic on the body shop for not taking care of this. Someone at this place needs a class on how to finish paint.

Entire experience was great , my vehicle was ready within 2 days . Doug and the girls were wonderful at the front ! They kept me updated the whole time about my vehicle & even gave me Information on how to maintain my paint .I was very happy overall !
