The apartments are decent. The employees are good. One issue I have is the pool area. They're hardly ever clean and the restrooms are horrible. Last week, I went into one of the restrooms (the one with the kid's pool ) to find used condoms, blood on stools, broken stool and dirty walls and faucet. You can't enjoy hanging out at the pool with family and friends because most of the time it's dirty. Don't even try to use the restroom there, just run to your apartment. It would be really nice if they can keep up with the pool area. They keep changing management or selling the property and along with that comes a raise in your rent. Also, all the other stuff they add for you to pay monthly like maintenance,water, sewer, trash, taxes on your rent and cable. Not sure why we're forced to get cable because if you're like me and don't care for T.V it's a waste of money. All I need is Internet for entertainment. When I first moved here I would have recommended but now I'm sorry to say but there's no way I would recommend it to anybody.

I was declined a lease cuz they said my credit was too bad. I was very capable of paying rent, but because my wife passed away and I had medical and funeral expenses , I, as a senior widower, was a bad risk. HOW VERY HURTFUL that was to me.

Regency square apartments are not the place to live. Maintenance comes into your apartment at 5 in the morning without knocking to work on the shower. Their cameras don’t work and management won’t do anything to make you feel safe. Really a poc place..

I have been a resident at Regency Square for nearly three years. In my time of being here, I have found it to be a great place to live. Management is kind and answers any questions you have, it's a nice neighborhood, and the apartments themselves are comfortable to live in.

Horrible place to live at I recieved an Apartment with AC that does not work on the first day of moving in i am currently at my 4th day living here and nothing has been done management couldn’t care less and never give you set in stone answers they always give you the run around and just guess

I lived at Regency few years ago. Office staff is always attentive and maintenance staff is always very polite. Pools are awesome!

Absolutely loved living here. Never had issues with neighbors, area is always well kept. Leasing Agent Imelda is very attentive and helpful. I have recommended friends to stay here and haven't heard any complaints ?

I’ve been staying here for three months.The living environment good and has attentive staffing. I’m hoping it remains that way.The only negative I’ve noticed is most (practically all) of the washing machines do not work. With a functioning wash area I would give this complex 4.5 ⭐️

Lived here for almost 2 years, good renters never late on paying. Could live with the small square footage, but the ceiling where the ac sat was always sagging, we asked them to fix the window, they “fixed it” and my electricity bill was out the door from the air still being let out from the broken window. Washer and dryers were always broken but it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely nasty environment of a common laundry area. They painted everything to look nice and attract more people but the foundation was still horrible and not worth the rent raises. All the front people have different answers for things and we’re no help in the moving out process. I know we didn’t leave our apartment in the most perfect condition but they never sent a forwarding bill or any notices and yet got sent straight to collections. Would not recommend

I don't want to speak too soon because things can always change but I do adore this place I like it's very comfortable and I feel safe here which is important to me everything is well kept and they are professional, knowledgeable, the lease is undoubtedly through. I like it here thank you.

My old friend lives there, I just wish they took more care of the laundry area it almost looked abandoned the last time I went with her .
