They were fantastic at two separate closings we had but their service team is the worst. They always seem too busy and are often rude weather you speak directly or by phone. Also, we attempted to pay off our loan two separate times and were given conflicting answers. We were told we were paid off only to get a call that we actually owed another 20k in interest that someone had missed?!? We ended up getting a payoff correct balance for that the second time and then received our check back saying the seller never replied to Pioneer. We called the seller directly and she says Pioneer never reached out. Sounds an awful lot like Pioneer wants to keep collecting the monthly service fees to me. We will NEVER use them again.

We have had two accounts here and the closing staff was fantastic on both accounts...Really great. However, the \"service team\" we had to deal with from the closing date forward always seem like they are overwhelmed and want to get you off the phone asap. Often times they are not friendly and cannot get you what you need quickly. I wont be using them again unfortunately.

As of this moment, this buisiness is conducting a sale with a fruad who is attempting to steal my identity yet again.They need to really fact check and verify WHO they are doing buisiness with.

Purchased our dream home in Yuma. They were very quick and responsive. The whole process from beginning of escrow to closing was surprisingly fast! Even though we are from out of town, they worked well with us and were flexible with our schedule.

On Sept.08,2021 I received notice from my bank of a check I had cashed for final and remaining escrow for $54.00 dollars left in the account from a property we purchased In which they were designated as title company buy the Sellers. Taking check in had I went to the bank and deposited it in good faith that it would be honored. I returned from a 4 day business trip to find not only had the check been rejected for NSF but I had a $30.00 dollar return fee charged to me. I called Pioneer Title at 105 W. 16th St., Yuma AZ 85364. Asked to speak to Lisa Escrow Officer on the paperwork but was given to Brian her clerk, explained my dilemma and was told he would research the problem and get back to me that same day. About one hour later Gabby called and explained to me that it was a check that was mailed to me some time in 2020 and I never cashed it. I also had been sent 2 letters stating the same. Having not received any correspondence from them with regards to all the this I asked what address was used for said letters & check she gave me the address of the property purchased and not the mailing address at which I had received all other correspondence from them. She checked and acknowledged that indeed they had made the error. At that point because it was, their error, I asked to have the check reissued and a refund of bank fees. I was told by Ms. Gabby that I was not possible and there was "nothing I or they could or would do about it". How they got a good address for and old check is beyond me and they would not explain. It's not the $84.00 dollars It is the sad attituded and indifference of todays business world. But that being said, I would carefully scrutinize any transaction they handle, the reason is it may not be just $84.00 that you loose.

Non-communicative and non-responsive. Promised twice to email our closing documents by close of two different business days. Each time they failed to follow through. I finally had to go into the office to get them, and even then there were difficulties. Would not use them again.

We came to sign the final documents for our new home. Clean and professional. Diana had everything ready prior to our visit, and explained every document. I recommend using their services.

This is the worst title agency in Yuma. They are nice and polite to get your business but when it comes to the finer details they are at a loss for knowing what to do. They are not equipped to handel unique and intricate cases such as Canadian's or other foreigns buying property in the USA while holding valid Green Cards. When you ask them questions they frequently get flustered and are rude. They never return calls or reply to inquiries timely. We worked with an agent by the name of Lisa who was always vague about her answer because she was not familiar with the laws in Yuma and always assumed that the realtor was supposed to inform us about this or that but we weren't working with a realtor so she was completely useless to us when navigating the closing process on our home.
I would recommend researching title companies before deciding to have someone represent you on an important transaction such as closing on a home. They all want your business so are very pleasant in the beginning but once you need things done or have questions it is like pulling teeth with Pioneer Title Agency. They then have the audacity to make you feel bad for inconveniencing them when you have a question. Not professional at all.
Good luck with the purchase of your home, I would not, at all costs, recommend this agency.

Pioneer Title are very polite and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do a for sale by owner to get through the paperwork.
