I've had both my vehicles oil changed here and they did a wonderful job, but my review is for their CarWash. It's 24/7 great but It would be helpful if it were open. It's been closed for the majority of the Summer (when people need it) so my question (review rather) is there any issues with the machine or will it be scrapped?

Ohh yah the two dudes working walked out greeted me , got me going , and changed my oil quickly. On top of that friendly and I will be back . Ohh good price and over all it was cool thank you oscar

Had an emergency situation on Friday and pulled off the freeway to have them check and change our oil. I apologize for the late drop in and they said no worries at all, they were super nice and accommodating! Provided excellent and quick service! Highly recommend!

Pioneer express lube saved my oil and topped it off before I went on a long trip! They did it out of courtesy and kindness and gave me a great deal! I highly recommend this place over big chains. Aaron and Oscar are a great help.

Car wash routinely out of order. Management demonstrates no interest in keeping it in operation. Don't bother.

I arrived here this morning and went in and asked if they have my oil filter as I have a Chevy equinox diesel. The man at the desk said yes I do he then came out and wrote me up and then I waited inside. After about 30 minutes I was wondering what was going on and it kept on looking outside in the work area but nobody would come in. They finally completed my car an hour later and then told me after I asked him about my filter that they had to order it and they had to wait for it to get there. And then asked him why didn't he tell me that they had to order the filter and they'll be a little bit of a weight and he just looked at me and said I don't know. This is definitely not a place that I will be doing business with anymore. He by no means offered me a discount for my wating at all. This is definitely poor customer service and things need to be changed. There was no apology at any time given to me.

This review is for the Touchless car wash. Unsure if it’s open 24 hours. Easy access off I-8 @ Fortuna Rd then directly off S Frontage Rd. Pay at kiosk. Accepts MC/Visa. Allow 4-5 minutes each vehicle for Express Wash. No vacuums.
The bugs on our vehicle were almost completely eliminated. We carry our own microfiber towels and the small amount of residue wiped off easily after the wash.
Prices reasonable. Will return.

Jaime was great! I dropped it off and got a workout in at planet fitness and it was ready for me when I was done! Exactly what they said it was going to be and no hidden charges! 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back! Thank Jaime!
