Excellent care I went in and out in less than 45 minutes they clean my jewelry and they fixed it and it was very inexpensive I'm Amazed The young lady who helped me was also very professional

The service was great. I worked with Joe and Avery to create a custom piece. They listened to what I wanted and why. They worked hard to create my vision. Before I left I spoke with the goldsmith and he assured me my piece could be created the way I wanted. I left knowing that there wouldn't be a phone call saying there was a problem with the design. When I picked up my piece it was exactly what I had envisioned.

I went there to have some earrings fixed and found out they were not what I had thought I had bought from another jewelry store and they were not able to be repaired. I was able to find some earrings that were much better and I bought them. A fantastic place to do business with.

Paul Bensel Jewelry store is the place to go and is my place now that I live here in Yuma Permanently!Stopped by because it was my birthday month and they had a little gift for me. We bought our wedding rings there in 2022. Ended up getting a necklace for my Birthday from my husband. Kevin was awesome and we gained a lot of knowledge from him.

Outstanding job. My ring is a synthesis of my grandmother's, my aunt's and my mother's wedding rings. It is a true heirloom and Paul Bensel's excellent craftsmanship restored its luster and viability to me. It's like holding my mother's hand once more as I look down and see it on my finger now.

Great customer service! Had some jewelry repaired, they did a great job and charged a fair price of $100. Was quoted $200 to $250 for the repairs by Sand & Stone. Will be bringing my business here from now on!
