I had a great experience here at On Point Collision. I came in for body work and refinishing.They were transparent and honest about the repairs that needed to be done to my car. There were updates throughout the process so I knew what was going on. When it was all said and done I was blown away at the finished product! This is high quality work and it really shows. On Point Collision is one of the best places to get your car fixed at. I unfortunately have had two accidents in the past 10 months and they have been the ones to repair my car. It always looks brand new in the end and with great prices. Being someone that doesn’t know much about cars they have always taken the time to explain every step of the repairs and break down the cost of everything. They have answered every question that I’ve had with a smile and have made me feel comfortable knowing I’m not getting ripped off for being a women like at other places. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking into getting any type or repairs to their vehicles.

I would strongly advise against doing business with On Point Collision. My experience with this company was nothing short of a nightmare. I brought my car in August and was told it would be ready in a few weeks. However, it took until March for me to finally get my car back, and throughout that time, the company kept making excuses about why it was taking so long.When I finally got my car back, I was shocked at the poor quality of the workmanship. Not only was the job incomplete, but it was also done very poorly. On top of that, I discovered that the owner, Abraham, had charged me for items that he knew he didn't replace. When I confronted him about it, he said that he did other things, so he wasn't going to fix anything anymore.I paid $5500 for a job that was not worth even half of that amount. I ended up suing On Point Collision and won the lawsuit, but the owner, Abraham, still refuses to pay me in full. He said that if he pays me everything he owes, he will go bankrupt.This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect honesty and integrity from the businesses I deal with. On Point Collision failed to deliver on their promises and their work was subpar. I can afford to lose my money, but there are people out there who cannot. I strongly advise anyone considering this business to stay away.Service: Body & Trim

OMG I scratched my wife's car and brought it into Abraham to fix. They did a fantastic job. They blended in the paint and can't even tell that work has been done. It looks amazing. Staff is extremely friendly and would highly recommend them to my family and friends and will be using them for my future jobs if needed.

I haven’t had very pleasant experiences with collision repair centers before bringing my car to OPC. They didn’t keep my car in the shop unnecessarily (unlike the last place I went to that had my car for almost a month and a half), and once they had the parts they needed to do the repairs, it took them very little time to correct the wrongs with the vehicle. The work is done fast and it’s done right; and if for any reason you are not satisfied with their work done originally, they work with you to keep you a happy customer. I’m already recommending this spot for whoever needs their vehicle repaired.
