We try to visit the Old Town Wine Cellar weekly, they have a different tasting menu every week and it's great getting to try such a wide variety of wines without having to buy a bottle of something you may not like. The owner is very welcoming, the atmosphere is very inviting. They recently opened a small patio where you can enjoy your wines outside. Dog and food friendly, but they do offer some scrumptious small plates. You can enjoy a glass, tastings or a bottle on site, or buy a bottle (or case!) to take home. If you're in Yuma and you enjoy wine you have to stop by!

This place is a great spot to explore new wines and make some new friends. Kim, the new owner, is doing a great job transitioning it to her vision, which is welcoming to all. I really enjoy the new cheese plates and the wine offerings. Look forward to returning each week!

Great selection. The owner defiantly knows his wine and has one of the best wine selections that I have ever seen.

Don’t assault children. If you come here you support someone who assaults children.

Mike the owner decided to pass out candy and when an autistic child placed his hands in the bowl rather than let mike put it in his bag! He grabbed the boys hand and twisted it and wouldn’t let go even though the care givers and adults all yelled to him he’s autistic and learning social skills! He held the boys hand so tight the boy buckled to the ground in PAIN!! This little boy was so excited to be in his racecar Halloween outfit but MIKE RUINED HIS HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE! Do NOT COME HERE!! Do not SUPPORT HIM OR HIS BUSINESS! Sickening! There were charges filled against Mike! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!

Do not trust or give any patronage to the owner of the Old Town Wine Cellar, Mike! He physically assaulted my 13 year old son that has special needs on 10/31/2022!(I would give less than zero stars if possible)Today I took all of my kids to trick or treat in our neighborhoods from 6-7pm. My younger son, Aycer, has autism. At the start of our evening, Aycer was excited to get to wear his favorite nascar driver’s jumpsuit and carry his blue pumpkin to collect treats.I was walking with my kids and I waited at the edge of the yard while they were collecting treats. Aycer had a care provider with him tonight to coach him on safety and appropriate social interactions with our neighbors. We were having a fun time walking up to the houses and enjoying our friendly neighborhood community. However, when Aycer went up to Mike and Sharon Perry’s house to say trick or treat and reached into Mike’s candy bowl, Mike immediately grabbed Aycer’s hand aggressively and forcibly pulled his fingers back.Aycer’s provider was telling Mike that Aycer has autism but Mike didn’t release Aycer’s hand until he was crying and his knees were bending down towards the ground from the pain. At the same time Mike was telling Aycer not to try to grab anymore or else next time…Mike didn’t tell Aycer sorry, just closed the door on him.As soon as Aycer could start walking again, I took all my kids straight back to our home. When I went back and confronted Mike afterwards, Mike’s only response was “I’m sorry, he just made me angry!”.Aycer is 13 years old chronologically and much younger cognitively. This is a completely unacceptable way to treat ANY child!I filed a report with the police and pressed charges. I give my kids consequences when they misbehave and Mike needs consequences to learn a serious lesson in how to behave as a grown up!

I'd give less stars if possible. Absolutely do not support this man or his business. Who assaults any child, but especially a special needs child, ON HALLOWEEN at that. Probably permanently ruined Halloween for this young man. Disgusting excuse for a human being, and definitely not someone who's environment I'd ever want to be in, let alone give money to.

Shame the owner thought to physically assault a 13 year old with autism on Halloween for reaching into a candy bowl

What phenomenal place to hang out with friends, meet new friends and drink some wine! Such a charming place with a great wine selection at a very fair price. They also offer wine flights, beer and cheese plates. BYOF too!

Having come from a major U.S. wine region and working in the wine industry for years, I love this little shop. It has a pretty good size selection of different varietals from various regions around the world and they're at a good price, compared to what I'm used to for the same bottles. I love their Port selection because not many places feature it very heavily and Old Town has a pretty good selection of aged bottles. On another note, Yuma being a small city, this has been one of my favorite places to go out to and just enjoy a glass of wine. The cheeseboard they offer is basic and nothing special, but it always hits the spot. The owner revolves the wines he has at the bar fairly regularly, so it feels like you get new options every time you go. If you're in the area and want a fun place for the afternoon, this is a wonderful spot to chill at.

One of Yuma's best kept secrets. A must, actually. Mike, the owner/operator is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great atmosphere.
