“I personally think it's important when we receive quality customer service to share it with others . Retiring from from a company in Oregon Les Schwab tire centers after 25 years . World class customer service was expected from our employees & managers to our customers ‼ I have a Mercedes' S550 and Ernie & Alexa have what it takes to be attentive to the customers needs . We all live in troubled times and it seems quality customer is becoming rare . Not here at Express lube 1900 S 4th here in Yuma , Arizona . I could tell the employee's are happy and go the extra mile like I did and was trained to do . I was so impressed I felt compelled to take the time to write this review . Zero exaggeration I'm just sharing my experience. I drive 20 miles to come here and have a shop literally 6 blocks from my house that offer the same service !! “Great group of guys here! Normally I do oil changes and regular maintenance on my vehicle myself, however while en route from the West Coast to the South, I figured I would give these guys a try since the oil in my vehicle was quickly approaching its life, and I still had a lot of ground to cover traveling across the desert.I asked for an oil change only, however they actually checked all of the cars fluids, as well as the air filter, and even topped off my power steering fluid free of charge, and also inflated the vehicle’s tires to the correct pressure rating. They even showed me the level on the dipstick once complete with the oil change. Most of all, they were very friendly and approachable.I was in and out in roughly 20 minutes. Overall, highly recommended! If the employees from this shop are reading this review, thank you very much! ;-)”

“We found this Jiffy Lube when needing an oil change. It looked like it had a long line trying to get in. Then, we discovered it was a Jiffy Lube and a car wash. The line to the car wash made it difficult to get into. You have to wait in line for the car wash to get around the building. Was we finally made the turn we had five guys giving us the oil change and ten minutes later it was done. Quick service and we got a free car wash. The car wash meant we had to circle around again to get back in line. Oh well, it was free. The wash was good for what we needed and a couple of guys at the end wiped the water off the windows. We had no complaint about the service even though the lines were a little awkward.”
