We moved cross country from WA to AZ and the driver we had Neil Thorne broke our stuff, told us he would pay for it and never did. $500 bicycle broken & can't be fixed. Don't trust this driver! He seemed like a great person but he just lied to my face and ghosted me when I asked about the money or if he was going to replace it.

Greatest experience ever! Move to Yuma went off without a hitch! From the packers, to Gustavo who was in charge of loading the truck, to Joaquin our driver and his helper Rafael EXCELLENT JOB! Could not be happier! Hats off to Bill and Carol Lovejoy who were instrumental in making this happen! THANK YOU!

After reading the reviews, my Husband and I were very nervous for Gale to come pack and move our stuff. We were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism we received. They packed everything in a timely manner, stayed away from the things we told them we were moving ourselves, and intentionally packed everything very carefully. We definitely had a 5 Star experience with Gale Transfer of Yuma!

If I could give a negative star I would. Definitely not even a 1 star operation. Worse military move I have ever experienced. Workers damaged my home and refuse to admit the mistake and the women at the front desk us absolutely horrendous. She has no business in customer service. I hope the military drops the contract soon so it here's will not have to experience what I did.
