Does the nosy manager woman who calls the police on innocent people standing out on a public sidewalk still work there? She lied to the police and we the people hope she was fired for what she did! Sad the word Navy is in the name of your business.

Had a great customer service experience with Terry Jo, her knowledge and expertise made the process of making decisions quick and easy. Her customer service skills are second to none, if you need help with anything at all, I would highly recommend her.

My husband and I were in here yesterday for help with an account. Teri Jo helped us and was so amazing. Yes, there are a constant flow of people in there but they seem to get them out as quick as possible without sacrificing service. I was very impressed with the level of personal service and help they offered us. They have a great process in place it seemed to me to be the most efficient at serving so many people. When you have a business as great as they are, there will be a lot of customers. Everyone loves fantastic service and they provide it. I don't mind waiting for 20 minutes to speak to an individual, rather than a bot or automated line from a company that will not answer your call or help you.

The level of service sucks. They supposedly have one person that can handle IRA accounts. Knowing they have a captured market here in Yuma. We sat and watched as acct people take others that have waited far less time. How does that even make sense. They don't trust their people or dont believe in cross training?

Just watched a video of someone from this Navy Credit Union calling the police on 2 individuals engaged in a constitutional protected activity. They were on a public sidewalk filming. When she came out demanding answers to her questions, she was told no. She got upset. Because they didn’t answer her. Needs to go back to school and learn civics.

Great bank, great offers to members, the only bad thing I have to say is that the ATMs are always out of order. You need at least another ATM for better- faster service.

You can't call to find out their holiday hours and it's not listed on their website. With gas as expensive as it is, you would think they'd make it easier to find out whether or not they're open.

Our family came in on a Saturday shortly before closing. Christina took the time to set up our accounts. Even though she had to stay very late to help us, she was very kind and helpful. It has been such a pleasure. Tha k you to Christina and the other employees who stayed over an hour after closing to open accounts for all of us. I honestly expected we would need to come back another day and I was pleasantly surprised that they graciously helped us all.
