Yes I had visit the store on 801 West 8th Street in Yuma Arizona, and I talked to a very nice young gentleman and his name is Luis Mendez, this young man was very helpful and knowledgeable and he also had good customer service, and he also had a very beautiful smile and I will go back to that store again, this young man is so remarkable, I have nothing bad to say about him and he needs to be told that from your company. thank you again I really appreciate how much he has helped me and my wife. I just keep getting a recording. Are they no longer in business? Taken over by T-moblie?I was given a phone by my Dad. I believe I need a new SIM card and some minutes to get it running. Trying to keep from just running around wasting time and energy...I’ve done this before with phones I’ve “inherited” only to find out ‘oh, it’s too old we don’t restart that model anymore.’ (It’s almost 9 months old!) Guess I’ll just head over there and find out.

Very simply stated the employees are very bad at the customer service attitude. It's obvious the owner doesn't care much for customer service training. The ladies seemed knowledgeable but kind of rude for no reason, just seemed like rude kids.

I did not get the name of the woman that helped me. It was Sat. Feb 6th. She was awesome. I asked about a specific promo and plan, she went on to tell me about an additional plan that was the same price but better. The store was clean, so clean in fact I had commented about how clean it smelled in there.

Thankful for their promotion.Free Samsung 20 cellphone.Wonderful service apart from protective screen cover was out of stock & cell phone case cover protection was a very limited selection.Don't care for the case I purchased. However, If need be, I can always find a more suitable cellphone cover at another store, since this is a new model, or order online on Amazon.Hope you find the cell company & cellphone your looking for.Blessings & Peace be with you. ✌❤?

This is the 3rd time I've walked in to get assistance and the 3rd time I've left with no help. We needed. To add a new unlocked phone to our account and heaven forbid they insert a boost SIM card and set it up. They were rude and just didn't care at all to work. If you're the manager then whoever was working Friday 9/13 (2 ladies at desk) at 3pm then you need to fire them.
